Greetings. Just a question. Is it possible to create a country international telephone number prefix with your forms and place it as an required field?

Hi,

You can set our Phone number field in an Avada form as required but it doesn’t have a prefix setting like that. It just ensures that user will type in a phone number in the form. If you need to add a prefix, you can use a regular select field next to the phone number field and mark that as required.

I have just bought a renewal of support for Avada theme and it is not appearing on the Avada support web. It is displaying on Envato, as expiring in 6 months from now. Why is the renewal not carrying over?

I need some help. I change my domain and now Avada theme said: The purchase code is already being used on another domain. How can I fix this? How can I change the domain from this purchase code? Admin-Ajax usage time is to high! I have 17 licenses from Avada theme over this profile, and much more on other profiles. But the last updates have slowed down the theme extremely in the backend. This is most noticeable with the browser: Google Chrome. Here you can found a article over admin-ajax: https://kinsta.com/blog/admin-ajax-php/ I must wait in the backend 3-4 sec. for a change-click.

Hello, is a fresh staging-installation without other Plugins. All other finished 14 installations, some 5-6 years old, produce the same error. Only in backend in google chrome. Firefox works perfectly.

Hi, I have one, strange problem with my theme. I have one page website and when I click link in menu, view moves too far than should. When I click second time then is correct. Is something bad in theme code or settings? It always happen after refreshing or visiting first time website. Can you give me any advice? Hello Theme Fusion, I have used the product key(purchase code) on my local-host project and suddenly I’ve deleted the project. But now i can’t registered it again neither can’t find an option how to remove/delete purchase code from my previous dummy project because it has been deleted. Please help how to solve this issue.

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3snCfVM

Hello, Pre-purchase question: I checked your pre-made theme ‘AvadaConsultant’ in Desktop and in Mobile, I found that this section, so called mega menu, https://prnt.sc/26q093p is not displayed in Mobile version, please can you check and let me know if Mega menu works in mobile version or not?

That is correct behaviour, you have an option to assign a different menu to mobile devices and that is exactly what we are doing here, there is not much real estate on mobile so it is a design decision to disable mega menu there, however using custom header you can enable mega menu on mobile if you want to.

Hi, I am working on your theme . However, I have come to find that, when I use the live editor (FRONT END), and change things on theme, if I go to the backend editor, there won’t be any change as the same text changed on the front end is still there as it was in the backend, but when I return to the live site, I can see the changes has been executed. What is happening here? I would expect the changes made to reflect everywhere

2. Yes, you can edit any page with our editor, however if you were using some other editor earlier, that editor syntax / code can not be changed or edited via Avada Builder.

3. You can use the same plugin for your user account management, you do not have to change the plugin(s) depending on theme, however this depends if the plugin is compatible with our theme too so please get in touch with the plugin author(s) about this once.

4. No, you can not design the member profiles which are coming from a 3rd party plugin.
