You can see one example here.

The mobile sticky menu there is a bit simple but you can add a logo and other elements there freely as needed with our new header builder.

The tab content area doesn’t support visual editing like that I’m afraid. Once you insert an element, only the shortcode format will be visible there.

I previously posted a comment regarding the latest Avada update and the error affecting the wordpress editor as well as the visual editor showing a white background and font, today when I switch to tweenty template I tried to add an article then it shows error 500 so I started disabling each plugin one by one, nothing works until I disable Avada Builder then all problems were solved, so the source of the problem is Avada Builder, I request you to fix this problem or provide me a link from where I can download a new separate copy of only Avada Builder.

The Avada theme is needed to run the Avada builder plugin. You can not run the core/builder plugins with out the parent Avada theme. Also, the Avada builder plugin can be downloaded from your Avada support account from the plugins sections. Please do refer the link here

The default theme will run on Gutenberg or you need to install the classic editor plugin

After digging and debugging more we sorted out that when we switch from avada theme child to Avada main theme every things works fine, my question is what are the changement and updates were made that affected the functionality of our Avada Child theme?

It would be difficult to detail out every change. A much simpler way is to refer the code in the child theme and them makes checks in the parent theme to debug the issue.

Hi, I have deactivated my purchase code and want to use it on my new website and I get the following error: “This purchase code has been locked, as it was used in a manner that violates our license terms. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve.” How do I resolve this situation?

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3rlpoUR

I remember in the old times you could update slider plugins manually since it was included in the them download package. It doesn’t seem possible anymore.

Is there a way to manually update sliders or the only way is to purchase a separate license?

You can still update all bundled slider plugins in Avada by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Plugins. You can also download the plugin from you support account dashboard and then update it via FTP too

Hello,

The new avada update broke the popup plugin I was using, so i’ve tried to change to the new popup feature on Avada. However, the new popup function does not allow you to click into the popup, say on a contact form.

My support has expired and I’m losing patience with Avada, is this a quick fix or is it time to move themes altogether?

Off Canvas is having two issues: 1. After close, prevents burger menu from being clicked. 2. It is impossible to close on mobile (worst: i disabled on mobiles and it is displaying anyway).

Hello – I just purchased Avada (~20 minutes ago). I made a mistake purchasing Avada as I am an entrepreneur who is looking to build multiple websites (i.e., around 5 – 6) to test novel product/service concepts. I cannot afford to buy an individual license for each website. My understanding was that I would be permitted to create unlimited websites using the theme as I wouldn’t be transferring them to a client…

I would be very grateful if you could refund my purchase as I simply do not have a use for only one website and I cannot afford the unlimited ($3k) license.

I can’t delete the domain or “Unregister” in my theme dashboard, the listing domains is empty. (On the other hand, link of your sample image is not visible.)

Still no solution for visual editor with recent updates, after desactivating all plugin as well switching to twenty theme them the editor showing normal color fonts, so there is a conflict with tiny editor with the recent avada update this shows in dev mode .js .tmce-active .wp-editor-area { color: #f6f7f7; }

How can I set a Youtube video to 100% so that it is still responsive. Currently if it is set to a width of e.g. 1000px it is not responsive. it works for the self-hosted videos. why not on youtube videos?

I have a staging site so I can make changes and such before going live with them. Avada is now saying I need a second license for this, and I did not before. Can you assist? I don’t feel I should have to sign up for support again for this. Thanks!

To manage your purchase codes, login to your support Dashboard and then navigate to the “Purchase Code”, where you can manage your domain registrations.

Seems like avada is always containing errors after each upgrade there nothing to do for it unless you for extended support as visual editor back end showing code and font in white coulor many comments concerning this error were published till now no fixing patch is on the move???

Our updates are thoroughly checked before release and they are not supposed to cause issues but fix them instead, we have no such comments regarding the backend editor being missed or color turning to white and we do release patches for any issues that occur after an update, we suggest you to please do a fresh install of Avada, Avada Core and Avada Builder, clear your cache and check again once.
