Theme licencing cannot cope with multiple licences. To update, you need to login, but it can only recognise 1 licence. So you have to deregister the site you logged in for, login again, and then it recognises you have another licence.
This is ridiculous way to carry on. Thankfully we only have 2 sites with this theme (which BTW we like), but imagine if you had 10 or more sites. Complete nightmare.

Hi. I am new to buying WP themes and this seems very nice. Does this includes booking plugins, or payment plugins and configurations? What is normally the process here? Just buy the theme install and configure booking and payment providers/plugins?

I have already submitted a support ticket twice about this issue and got the same response to install the jquery plugin to fix two major javascript issues that I have. It fixed the date picker issue but two more has popped up. You guys really need to update the /wp-content/themes/hotel-wp/assets/js/main.min.js file so these errors will go away and I wont have to use the jQuery Migrate plugin to fix a theme issue. I have the latest version of your theme and its still showing same issues. Please dont tell me to submit a ticket because whoever is answering tickets pertaining to this issue is telling people to download that plugin. Please fix this.

Please try to clear your cookies. In Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, go to:
1. Menu. The three dots in the upper right corner. In Chrome they are vertical, in Edge they are horizontal.
2. Go to More Tools >> Developer Tools
3. On the top you see Elements, Console, Sources … go to Application
4. Under Storage find Cookies.
5. Click dropdown. All the sites that have cookies on your computer will be listed.
6. Right-click your WordPress website and choose Clear. Or you may choose to Clear all of them.
7. Close and restart your browser, then visit your topic again
Note: You can use the incognito browser to view or create a new topic.

Yes, you can translate the theme with the Loco Translate plugin and it works with the Elementor. If your payment available on the Woocommerce we can support it.

I am needing help with a custom plugin that you guys created for me a few of years ago…I renewed my support for another 6 months but it isn’t showing up on your website that I renewed support. I need to create a ticket so you can take a look at the custom booking plugin …there is css overlapping the date picker and its hiding the dates so no one can actually see the date selected. This needs to be fixed please. I don’t know how long this has been like this…I just noticed it this morning. I updated the theme and thats probably the issue or the code has changed for the icons because this is whats showing in the date picker slots instead of the date selected:
< i class=”fa fa-calendar-o” aria-hidden=”true” > < /i > – this is showing in both of the drop down date picker boxes (without the spaces)

When i CHECK AVAILABILITY and i Select the Room i whant the extra options (page…) not showing, only if i go to Room, click Book Now, Select Date….

Your theme cannot run on godaddy managed wordpress hosting even though the server meets the requirements you have stated on your site. The developer’s support does reply in a timely manner but doesn’t really have a solution. what a shame..
We see have the issue related to the permission of a file, that is cause you can’t import demo normally. I will ask our developer team to check for you now. Our item is a Wordpress theme so any hosting support for Wordpress we can be compatible with it.

Hello you did not understand what I typed, let me redo that, when customers make bookings, I want accounts to be created for them at the backend please, so a wordpress user account should be created for them as well as a woocommerce customer as well, so that we can then generate their invoices etc when they are leaving. Thank you.
You can go to your WordPress dashboard -> Users -> Add new user, in the order detail of Woocommerce have the name and email of customer, you can use it to create an account, when created an account, your site will send email to your customer.
