I am getting “SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘I’, “Import dat”... is not valid JSON: Import data could not be read. Please try a different file.” while importing the demo content of any design you have. Can you please suggest the possible solution.

Hi, because your license support expired, you couldn’t import the demo content with 1-click which is only possible during the valid support time.

I just download the theme but arent able to change the logo or menu style , the page show me an error. Some elemente arent available to change by wpbackery, also I tried to register me at your help center but the email to confirm isnt arrived.. my account is antonio90. Someone can help me? I wish to be to refund.

It’s not possible not to see my comment, not respond to the support request, have the help center not working. I had the misfortune of purchasing your theme which doesn’t work on June 11th and you are only replying to me now, 6 days later: your behavior is not businesslike but amateurish. Please give me my money back, I had to purchase and set up another theme for my site while you were wasting my time. Business is not for you. Give me my money back.

After support Expires can i change domains? or i just lose the theme unless i buy it again?

You can change domain during the valid support duration, unless the license support expires. After the support expires, you can use and update the theme without buying it again. (only can’t change domain)

Sorry for the late reply. You should meet these PHP values: max_execution_time: 300, max_input_time: 360, max_input_vars: 2000, PHP Memory Limit: 4GB. You can set these values temporarily, after importing the demo content, you can set them back to the initial values.

Hi. I don’t see a setting for opening the social media links in the header bar, in a new tab. The footer has this option, but not the header. How can we achieve this?

Hi, I’m sorry, at the moment there is no option available to open social links on a new tab yet. We will add an option in the next version. Plz stay tuned for it.

Hello There, it seems as though your theme and or the plugins associated with it are causing errors on the site, causing it to either crash and or malfunction..possible malware. Right now our server is showing issues/malware:

wp-content/themes/interiart/functions.php wp-content/themes/interiart-child/functions.php

Does the theme need to updated? Have you received any other alerts regarding this?

Hi, please go to Plazart installation > Demo import > Choose the home page version you want > Click “Install Demo Data” button Select All Plugins > Click install and activate all required plugins. Then Import the data. You can just click to import 1 home page, others will be imported at once. If you have any problem with Import process, Kindly let me know. I’m willing to help you. Could you please check as there is serious bug in your plugin “Tz Interiart” which is prevent generating xml sitemaps via RankMath or YoastSEO.

Error is becouse your plugin is generating whitespace in xml “XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document”

The site is located on a subdomain – https://example.baccabg.com/ of the main domain. When are made all settings i will transfer the site to the primary domain. The site on a subdomain now use your theme but is not activated. Does it will are visualize the main menu with TZ Header after the theme is activated ? Does the problem come from the fact that your theme is not activated?

Worst support ever! I have dozens of jobs with envato assets and I can assure you: this is the worst support I have ever encountered. If you like the work, go ahead, like me, I bought this twice, but I warn you that you will have difficulties dealing with support. If not, see: 8 days ago I warned of 3 problems occurring on my home. I’m about to deliver the work to a client and I’m in a hurry for a solution. 2 days later support responds with a question: “are you working with the latest version?”. At the same time I say “yes, I am, because the theme was purchased days before”. 2 days later support responds saying you don’t have the new version. I checked it out, and in fact it didn’t, as the new version had been released 1 day before the response and 4 days after my first help request. That is, they say it can take 2 days to respond. That way, in 1 week they answered me twice (both demanding an update that didn’t even exist). And they didn’t solve the case. In closing, I updated to the latest version from last week (do you have another one?) and the problems continue. This is all sad because the theme is beautiful.

How can we edit how the post layout looks? As you can see in the screenshots the footer is ‘broken’ and the menu is not displayed in the header section. Also how can we remove the sidebar?
