You can import individual page at anytime. There is also an option to run the import for all the pages even after you’ve installed it. So you do not need to wait. If you have used Bellevue on an existing website you will need to purchase a second license to activate the new importer.

Hi, the theme is great and seems to be very flexible, but I would like to clarify onequestion, before purchase.
We have 2 apartment types (for 2 and for 4 guests), but we can add also one extra bed for both accomodation types. This way, the first type will be available for 3 guests, the second type for 5 guests. The price of the extra bed is lower, than the standard price for one guest. How can the theme manage this situation? As I see, I can setup extra services and costs per day or per apartment, but we have also extra price for breakfast services and in this case, if I add the extra bes as service, the cost of the breakfast will be not calculated for the extra bed, because it will be not calculated as guest.
I checked a lot of videos in your detailed documentation, but in vain.

Thank you. Yes, this is easy to do. You can add as many extra fees or services as you wish. They are actually two difference settings. Adding an extra guest is easy. You can even make room for that in your search
You can also have special taxes for services and fees.
In short, this should work well for your place.

There are a few options:
- Use a Service / Extra. You can add as may as you wish. You set the Price, and if it’s per day booked, once or guest choice. You can also set per guest or per accommodation.
- Use Variable pricing. You can also set the cost for 2 guests and then an different price for 3.
You don’t need to use Adults or Child, you can group them as Guests. One setting if you wish.
I’m sure one of those will work fine.

Yes, this is best be done as a service. You can call it “Extra bed” and have the guest checkmark option to charge the additional 10 USD / day.
if somebody search accommodation for 3 guests. If the guest book this apartment and choose also the extra bed, than the system should calculate with the 3 guests, when they book also extra services, ie. breakfast of half board.
There are two ways to do this,
- if you really need to use search because you have several apartments then you can add a variable rate for 3 people that includes the charge for the extra bed. You can add a note to the checkout page that lets the user know that 3 guetes requires an extra bed and that the price has been worked into the total automatically.
- If you don’t really need search , you can use a date picker that skips search and just finds available date for one specific accommodation , in that case you can use the solution of adding an extra service for the extra bed.
Yes, you can also have extra services, ie. breakfast on top of the extra bed.
Overall I believe this covers all of your requirements.
Hi, Thank you very much, I am sure, that we can cover the concept with these two solutions. Meantime I received an additional question, regarding to the management of the age of the guests. Te accomodation / beds are free under 3 years and there are a special price list for the breakfast, based on the age of the guests: 0 – 3 years – free 4 – 12 years – 4 USD above 12 years – 9 USD. Please be so kind and let me know, can your theme also cover these setup requirements? Thank you very much for your help!

- A This is similar to your first two question. I believe so but you would need to test. I know that you can have one cal syncing with airbnb and another syncing with booking.com. I don’t know if all 3 can be merged and updated. In theory it should be possible.

- A You need to allow the AirBnB account to fetch the calendar data from your website. So yes, you need account access to your airbnb to have two way sync working. I don’t believe that you anything to involved like an Token or API.

Booking payments are built-in via PayPal, 2Checkout, Braintree, Stripe, or Beanstream/Bambora gateways. Stripe additionally allows you to receive payments through Bancontact, iDEAL, Giropay, SEPA Direct Debit and SOFORT. Also, let guests pay after arrival or via a direct bank transfer.
If you need more, you can use the free WooCommerce Payment extension. It extends the number of payment gateways needed to handle online reservation of accommodations, without tech experts.
With the second option, it opens you up to all the Payment Gateways provided by WooCommerce and that’s a lot. I believe there are 83 extensions!
So yes, a massive amount of support for payment gateways. All included for the $59.

I am interested in your theme but I have one question which is very crucial. We are focused on renting 2 weeks to a couple of months. Our policy is to charge for a full amount of the reservation if the stay is less than 30 days. However, if the stay is longer than 30 days, we would only need to charge the first month and not the full amount. And the rest would be paid after check-in.
Is it possible to have such feature with your theme?
