Happy new year, hope you guyz are doing great. Thanks to your up and doing developers for new version 3.0 but I need clarification on few things.
1. I noticed version 3.0 comes with free Elementor page builder, but it has lots of limitation because it’s a free version. Do you intend to add elementor pro licence for your theme users just like what you did with WPBakery page builder? Or are we going to get elemetor license separately ourselves?
2. You seem to be phasing out WPBakery page builder because it’s no longer a required plugin in workscout and no update was pushed with version 3.0. Do you intend to continue adding their license and push update as usual.
3. If I decide to choose WPBakery over Elementor, will your theme continue to support WPBakery? Will I run into compatibility issue in future?
4. In background Image for Header, there is an option to Make Header Transparent in page editor. I really do not use this function, is it possible to remove this functionality completely?
I will appreciate your clarification on the questions above.

You have only one geolocated resume so it zooms to it, that’s why you see “green screen”. If you zoom out there’s standard map https://cln.sh/Tk9qNz
if you’ll geolocate more of your resumes the map won’t zoom so much as it will try to fit all of them

Yes, you can disable role option for registration in WorkScout Core -> Registration
Hi, we bought theme, plugins, and license last year and have it installed and activated. Today we moved that web site to another domain. The plugins now require a license key. We do not have the license key because we gave you an account to the site and you installed it for us.
Is it possible to transfer the license of the old site to the new site? or deactivate the license on the old site and activate on the new site? We will be deleting the old site anyway.

if you are asking for WPJM license it has expired already last year, and we do not resell those anymore so you have to buy directly now from https://wpjobmanager.com/ , if you’re asking about theme license, your support has expired but you can still activate license key for theme so that shouldn’t be a problem.

Hi, When I click on “Apply for job” a pop up is shown, that’s cool. But… Why this pop up is showing two “Send application” buttons? The first one appears at the top section showing the application form fields. The second one appear at the button section showing a message like “Apply using your online resume; just enter a short message and choose one of your resumes to email your application.” How can I fix this?

There are several methods to use Apply for job button https://www.docs.purethemes.net/workscout/knowledge-base/setting-up-apply-for-job/ and by default you have enabled the Application add-on an option to apply with Resume, so you can disable that in Resumes -> Settings if you don’t want to 2nd option “Apply using your online resume”

Your theme is looking really fabulous, but my requirement is bit less. Kindly have a look at some below points. 1) We don’t want paid packages, we want that employer first register and wait for admin approval to post any job. 2) We want to sign up only for Employer, don’t want to register candidates. 3) We want that, when a candidate clicks on “apply for the job”, he gets the below options.
a) Any application URL Shared by the Employer b) Linked link c) Any email, shared by the Employer.

When employer creates application he has option to add and email or url where user can go to apply for a job, if it’s not provided there’s option for onsite application

1. Yes, you can either edit fields via editing form in source php file or there’s extension for WP Job manager which allows to modify submission field using drag&drop builder. Unfortunately it’s extra paid.

1. It should say “You’ve for a new conversion!! 2. The “Check it here” link goes to just href=”?action=view&conv_id=3” so this will not work in email
You can edit those emails in WorkScout Core -> Emails, and just use a full link with your domain in the “check it here” in email.
