So I’m working with a GoDaddy Managed Server and have php 7.4. However, I got so many errors like “Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in” and other issues and so reduced to 7.0 but still having issues resetting the choice I made of Elementor and wanted to see if WPBakery would have fewer errors. But I’m reading here and seeing that 7.4 should work. I’m confused because the official ListingPro website recommends 7.0. Of course, when I see these errors, I get concerned that something wasn’t installed right so not sure what I should be doing. Wordpress is in a subdirectory called /wordpress. Should that make a difference?

Free and Paid listing has the same features right? Can i limit the free listings by subtracting some features such as: Free listing can upload 5 pictures only Paid listings can upload 100 pictures
Free listings can’t add a video url Paid listings can. You know what im trying to say. I just dont wanna limit my listing owners by giving them time frame. How that works?
2nd one – Do i need to buy Listing pro to make wedding listing pro add on works?
3rd one – Does this theme has a dark mode or only white interface?

I checked out the demo and am hoping to do a site for a single city.
1. Where the Places Pro demo has “categories”, is it possible to bring those items up to the top level so “shopping”, “dining”, “things to do”, “places to Stay” and “events” are all top level navigation items? I probably won’t actually use pre-built but hoping I can create something with map pages for each of those sections.
2. I see that people can add their own listings and pay for enhanced listings. Can enhanced listings be made to appear at the top of the list?
3. Can users add their own event listings? Can those be separated by free event listings versus more enhanced, priority listings?

1. Yes you can add any category to the navigation like if you see it already in the demo there is a menu item called Categories.
2. Yes with ad campaign feature.

Hi there, by “enhanced listings going to the top of the list,” I mean, if you go into a category of restaurants and you see all the restaurant listings, the paid listings should not be alphabetical but rather be above the free listings.
Also, can plans be based subscription? This is not something that the other solution I’m looking at offers without an additional plugin.
Also, can the map be made to not show every tiny detail of an area? It seems to show so much and I’d rather just show the actual listings.
The first listings that will show up on listings archive view are the promoted ones/ads. See this article

Thank you. My staff member mentioned that you can incorporate google maps instead of OpenMaps. When I look at the close up view of the open map, I see a huge number of businesses and landmarks and other locations that aren’t clickable nor related to the actual data in the listings, which is why I’m hoping to reduce what the map shows or use google instead, which my staff member said could be done.
Here is a screen capture of the view of the map of Manhattan with many landmarks, shops, and so forth that aren’t actually part of the listings of your demo. I would want to hide those whether I were using open map or google.

“Preview” broken – https://listingpro.inspireui.com/listing-category/shopping/ Clicking on Preview buttons gives “[object Object]” error and then popup windows just hangs and don’t show listing preview. On iMac / Chrome combo.

Hi!
I am looking for a business directory theme or plugin specifically for DIGITAL merchants – This looks like it might work for us – just a couple of questions:
1) Can we remove the map and address fields? Businesses are all online so they do not want their addresses published
2) Merchants should be able to add live html links and images to their business listing, not just a standalone image slider.
3) Also would like to be able to contact the merchant directly from the listing, and Merchant must be able to manage their own listing.

2. If you go to the admin pannel, https://demo.listingprowp.com/wp-admin then theme options -> listings -> listing detail then you will find the options of how you can customize the listing details.
3. Sure, if the merchant adds his own business on your profile, they will be able to claim their listing and manage it.

Hi, I am interested in this and the WeddingPro plugin. But does this plugin include features like:
- Shortlist - My Checklist - Budget Manager - Invite manager - Packages that the vendor is offering, and each with its own prices/pricePerPerson. And the ability to add packages to budgetlist

Hi guys, I have a question. I see that you guys have a really nice plug in, but for example I would like to add a shortcode (new block) on the listing page that retrieves the Google reviews with another 3rd party plug in (WP Reviews pro). I have also Elementor PRO. So my question is if having elementor PRO I am able to modify all the pages as I wish, and then replicate them for each listing
The same for modifying the home and results page. I would like maybe to change the design despite of the back office options that this theme gives

The answer to your first question:
First, we are really sorry we never recommend any third-party plugin, if you want to use then you have to manage it itself, we haven’t tested any third-party plugin yet.
Further please note that you can only edit those pages with elementor which are built, on-page editor. As you are talking about the listing pages so we are really sorry you can’t edit it with page builder, this is coming from the code files, so if you want to modify it then custom work is required for it.

You can get the free updated version of the theme from theme forest by going to your downloads section > listing pro > download all files from there.
Note: Any custom changes made in the code files will be lost after updating the theme. Do back up your data and theme before updating it.

Note: Changes in File Structure have been done so It’s compulsory to update all listing plugins.
How To Update ListingPro Plugins?
Please ensure that you have taken a backup of your custom code work if done in the plugins files or translation is made.
Then switch to your parent theme if you are using a child theme.
Please delete the listing pro plugins and then refresh your page you will receive a notification message on your dashboard -> Click here to install plugins. Install the latest plugins from there and activate them.

When subscriber/user is editing a listing on front end and remove an image, is this also auto remove from wp-admin media files area, Meaning the image should be deleted as it’s no longer attached to the listing?? Why isn’t it built to auto remove attachments ? This needs to be implemented so when a post has an image removed or listing is expired/removed, also the image will be auto deleted from media files as we admins don’t want a build up of unused images/attachments. If someone makes a listing, and then the listing author deletes that listing or image, then also should the images attached to that listing be auto deleted without admin having to always go to Media Library to manually do the clean up. I know other themes do it, why doesn’t yours ??

Yes, you are right but we have provided the option of listing features to enable and disable from the pricing plan. Here are the multiple scenarios, let’s suppose a user has purchased the plan with images, and after expire admin has set to assign a free plan to the expired listings, and the free plan does not offer the images then images will be removed auto, otherwise listing will stay even after get expired according to the plan.

The installation and setup went very smoothly. There were some permissions issues with the WP Bakery Plugin, but I was able to quickly resolve them. 
Unfortunately I didn’t realize this theme uses PayPal’s inactive v1 API still. 
This is a dealbreaker because PayPal’s V2 API is very robust. The other payment gateways are fine, but all my activity and history is in PayPal. It’s not worth it to migrate to a separate payment system. Is there a timeline for an upgrade?
For now, this has halted my listing service and I’ve begun searching for another solution. :cry:

Staying up to date with the changes in payment providers is pretty important for a commerce-based product, don’t you think? On mobile only, on the homepage, when I click the “What” field to display the dropdown, the dropdown appears, along with the “Location” dropdown. Because dropdowns open at once, I can only see the first “What” dropdown option, as the dropdowns overlap. This is not happening on desktop. Is there some custom code I can add to fix this?

In either case, users can upload pictures but we don’t support pdf file to attach as of now. You can request customization.

Yes admin can moderate listings so only after reviewing the listing they can be approved by admin.
