It looks like this issue is caused by Rocket Loader, please go to the Cloudflare panel, deactivate the Rocket Loader, clear all cache and check again.

Am seriously proud of this theme and am glad i bought it and will still buy it extra license again over and over but i need be sure if i can achieved a private tutor website with it, unlike the traditional and conventional online course website, i rather need an online tutor website like for instance this theme here https://themagnifico.net/demo/online-tutor/.

Yes, you can click “Activate” button under Impreza > About. But we recommend to delete the installed theme completely and install fresh Impreza from downloaded archive.

Running Wordpress 5.9.1 and Impreza 7.1. I was perfectly happy with the site running as it was even though support had ended since I didn’t need any help just adding/updating pages and all that basic stuff.
However recently I noticed Font Awesome icons stopped working in wpBakery editor. I tried to install their web kit, put the code in my header, registered the API key, installed it both manually and from Plugins section. Then went over to Impreza theme options to see what setting under “typography” could be changed. Nada. The menus (other than General) do not work at all now. Have already tried downloading the Impreza files again from TF account but it’s not clear at all what version this is.
Unless I pay again for support am I shit out of luck with these random problems?

I have done this repeatedly, overwriting each time. The theme options menu is still broken. The top-left version number is still 7.1 How do I check what version of Impreza is being downloaded from ThemeForest? There is no indication whatsoever, and this information is not found in any of the files either.

Okay, the downloaded files are 8.5.1, however no matter how many times I overwrite /public_html/wp-content/themes/Impreza it is not actually updated.
Please delete Impreza directory completely, then go to Apperance > Themes and install the latest version downloaded from Themeforest.
Pardon if this is a stupid question, but wouldn’t doing that take down my entire site?
Latest update: Deleted all the folders, installed and activated 8.5.1. Menus are still NOT working. Entire site layout is also completely wrecked on that version.
Rolling back to 7.1 and just tolerating the lack of FontAwesome until rebuilding the website shortly. Was going to update Impreza but absolutely not going to pay for another six months for this standard of updates and support when Divi offers the same long-term value but with lifetime support. 1/5*

Of course it was. Also worth mentioning that there is somehow half a dozen Impreza 8.5.1 in the theme menu now (and one 7.1). An absolute train wreck of an update.

Hello, I need help. I use Impreza 8.5.1 with the latest version of wordpress. The site is multilingual. I have two types of header with transparent and normal. In Romanian, I set a custom header on the page in the ‘Page Layout’ box and not in theme options, but in English it doesn’t let me choose a custom header and it doesn’t take over from Romanian. Take it by default from ‘Theme Options’. On the English page, the ‘Theme Options’ box is locked and I can’t choose – instead on the Romanian page, I can choose. From the WPML options, I have the possibility to translate automatically and to be able to modify but I don’t know what is the correct name of ‘Page Layouts’.

Hello, Noticed one thing. Dynamic value {{custom_field_name}} works fine in Button Title ( Button Label ) but doesn’t work in Popup Title ( Button Label )
It would be great to fix this in the next version. This is needed to display ACF fields

I recently updated the Impreza theme and Upsolution Core plugin and since then I cannot create new posts or add new pages to the site. I receive fatal error and email from Wordpress saying WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, UpSolution Core. Just wondering if you can please help.

Can you be more specific? Which exactly feature are you referring to? If you’re talkking about overlapping elements, then yes, you can add this overlapping by moving certain elements, you can accomplish that via element settings > Design.
I’m talking about everything: full screen view, left-side menu, overlapping elements, and so on….

Unfortunately, Impreza doesn’t have the exact features. To create full-screen blocks, simply open Row Settings and set the row to be full height and full width. To add overlapping, use element settings as I mentioned above. The menu will require some custom solution to make it look as you wish. You can hire a separate developer for this job.
