Hi there, I have bough this theme a few years ago. It was working fine but now doesnt accept new wordpress version. Can i purchase somehow support only and get the updates?

But i dont want my site to change! I dont want the chganges i have made to be overwritten

The filter on mobile works fine on the category pages, but doesn’t work on single product pages. (blank menu overlay)

I am quite certain that woocommerce buttons says “Add to cart” That is what my site’s buttons were like till a couple of days ago. Now the buttons display “Add to Basket” and the ‘cart icon’ in the headers’ tooltip says “Basket”. Please, how do I fix this back to normal?

Please change your WordPress default language from English-UK to English-US. It’s about WooCommerce, not Flatsome.

My language has never been English-UK nor English-US.

I just offered a possible solution to a general problem. It doesn’t matter what the language is. “Add to cart” button text belongs to WooCommerce. Probably the translation in the language you are using has been updated by them. Also, this issue could be caused by a plugin interfering with this button text. What you need to do, if you cannot change the language, is to change this text with the Loco Translate plugin manually.

Hi, im using brave popup plug in but in mobile version the functionality goes bad, when you close the popup you can’t scroll the site, do you have any suggestion which popup plug in works better with this theme? Thanks in advance

hi, i would like to mention this, i was able to use wpbakery with your UX builder including some UX blocks on the same page including revslider. And after reading some posts, i don’t understand why you mentioned that we cannot do that. LOVE your theme by the way

No problems have been reported to us yet. But it might be better to test in staging first, see the result, take a complete backup of the live site and then update it.

Hi there, I have noticed that you have integrated lottie files in flatsome. Thtat is fantastic!!! Should it also work with local .lottie files in gallery? Unfortunately I can not see the animation when I set a local url to my webspace but only if I use a link from the lottie website. Why does it not work with local .lottie files?

Hello, My client bought a license of this template and we need a bit of support in some cases.

1. Cart page -> 1.1 How to translate those breadcrumps which are over the table of products in cart SHOPPING CART 2 CHECKOUT DETAILS 3 ORDER COMPLETE? 1.2. How to change the color of this breadcrumps?

2. How to translate “MORE INFO/ACCEPT” in the cookies notification module?

3. Checkout page. Why * (as mandatory field) is showing only for email and name, however not showing for other mandatory fields? No changed were done, default woocommerce checkout page.

4. How to add “Subscribe to newsletter” module into the footer like it is in your DEMO GRID 2.

5. How to translate “QUICK VIEW” in product catalog?

6. Registration box/table does not appear in front page for new customers. The registration is enabled in woocommerce. Only login table appears, but no registration for new customers. 7. Besides that, if you enter wrong credentials in login table, the error message appears somewhere over the header. How to make it look better?

After last updates (WP, Flatsome) I see that on mobile devices there is problem with vertical sliding page. See: https://ELILI.pl

Initial touch of the screen slide screen vertically a bit screen but does not allow to move screen – it do spring / bounce movement only. Only after some attempts it works. After one succesfull in specific page – later works ok (on such specific page). After opening different page- problem starts from begining.

Do you know such behavior of flatsome? Do you have any suggestion what could be checked by me? Thank you in advance for any suggestion
