Seems there is an error that disables the widget feature. Please help.

You need to add the image of the footer map from the widgets. screenshot 1 Actually there were no images in that field thats why the error showed. We will fix it in our next update.
And if you want to use the iFrame of the map then you need to use the custom HTML widget there in the “Footer widget 3”

I have been trying to run updates on the heacool core but it keeps coming back with a bad zip file error. I am currently running 1.4 trying to update to 1.6. I know my support has run out but I need help getting my clients site updated and this shouldn’t be a part of the support agreement if you are making bug fixes?

We installed the theme and demo files as well
We started to customize home page and in the meantime we published the themes home page as our website home page ( with our customization)
The problem is when we are logged in we can see the website
but When we log off and visit the site as customer we see a blank white page
We chat with host provider and after lots of tries they said this is theme problem and that we should ask you to resolve the issue
Please let us know where the problem is and how we can fix it or fix it by yourself
Please check their is any cache plugin in your must used plugin tab. Some cache plugin made issue. open ticket in support system if that not your issues

In your theme you have a page name “services”.
In this page you have listing of services. let me take an example the first one “24/7 Emergency”.
when i click in this i have a different url “domaine.com/heacool_services/24-7-emergency/”. To be seo frendly the url should be “domaine.com/services/24-7-emergency/”.
