Hi. I purchased the theme. But I can’t use it properly with porto theme because there is plugin issue which says “A higher version of Porto VC Addon is needed f or this theme. Please update the plugin.”.

All layout is broken after I successfully installed theme, I have installed all plugins, same. I deleted all plugins to check collision between plugins. but same.

Hello, I made the purchase in 2016, I have always used it on only 1 site, I tried to update the theme last week I came across this error: “Sorry, it could not connect to the Porto API server. Please try again later.” I contacted support, they said that my key was left and I couldn’t apply, I passed the login data, and to my surprise I was informed that I used the theme on several sites, this never happened, now they are demanding that I buy another license, I want a solution. I can’t have a vulnerable site without an update.

How to remove “Shop” link from the breadcrumbs? From Theme options I was disable “Show Shop Link” but still it show in breadcrumbs. Please let me know how to remove it?

Actually, the breadcrumb appear based on the permalinks structure you set from the Dashboard >> Settings >> Permalinks as you can see in the image: i.is.cc/1L4CJ6NX.png so kindly first set the permalinks as you want and then check back your site after clearing the browser cache. if we made a website with your theme from scratch, is it then still posible to import a woocommerce/shop template to be used as template? Now its basic and dull and we want to spice it up more. the demo has nice templates but i dont want to change the website with 60 pages.

Yes you can simply go to porto >> setup wizard >> plugins and install woocommerce plugin. Woocommerce create its won pages automatically so you can simply add shop page in your navigation bar to use ecommerce functions in your existing demo.

hi, thanks for your response. we have now the theme installed, and woocommerce is also active. but the standard woocommerce template is boring. We want to change the woocommerce template like one of the demos to freshen it up.

Please read and follow the instructions written below, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.

Sure, renewing support for $41 for something that shouldnt be broken. The only thing thats not working, even after the comment you gave, are the featured images. They show up for half a second and dissapear. Oh well. Ill just disable the blog. Problem solved.

Hi There I am new to Wordpress ecommerce and I have few questions before i could buy porto theme: 1) Will it support all the major online store requirements….from product display to order booking and shipment tracking etc.. i need all in one online store features. 2) Will it support online payment system i-e visa and mastercard? 3) I have to send messages and emails to customers on order booking and then shipment status so will i get any plugin related to it? 4) I am not a developer so how i could make amendments to the website? 5) Is this theme fast? because when i open it, it takes longer than usual so is it related to hosting or there are some widgets in it which slows it down.

This is what I can do only: I can only visit at https://kanikajewelrytrove.com and rest of all urls shows me the content for the homepage. I also tried to visit wp-admin page this also get the homepage contents, no wp login page appeared. I can only access file manager using host website. First of all, I would like to say that Porto Theme is amazing, easy to use, and highly customizable. There is however a slight problem and I can’t find the solution to the following problems:

1. How to change the background color Wishlist counter, it is showing red by default and I can not find the option to change the color anywhere in ” Porto Theme Option” Please see the screenshot below

2. How to change the background color of the sticky header on all the other pages except the Home Page? I already changed the sticky header color from Porto Theme Option > Skin > Header > Sticky Header, it updated just the way I want on the home page, however, all the other pages such as the product page, wishlist page e-t-c is showing the default color as shown in the screenshot above. The color that I applied to the sticky header is showing only on Home Page but not reflecting globally. “I am using Shop 11 Demo” Thank you.

Hi, thank you for the quick reply and the code it worked flawlessly.

And for the sticky header part I figured it out, there was an image linked as a background which I missed, after removing it the header is now changing the color. Thank you once again.
