There is a massive lag on Single Product Page on Android phones when Flatsome is used. The product images area simply hangs the entire screen. Can you please debug this asap? Also, please do not ask me to open support ticket – I believe it has expired.

The various options tittle/name from variable products are displayed to the right-hand side of the label options instead of above the variable product option fields. It seems this is because of the Flatsome theme is overriding the WooCommerce plugin default SIngle Product page template with the custom file: flatsome/woocommerce/single-product.php.

Could it be the code within this file or some CSS styling from the Flatsome theme is applying this is causing the layout behaviour with the variable product option fields?

If I add custom CSS (WooCommerce helped me out) .single-product .variations .label { display: block;} it’s back to normal. Is this something that can be resolved in the next update? Or is this a option that I can over rule in the settings?

I have bought and using your theme. I am facing a problem saving “Thumbnail width” and “Thumbnail cropping” i customization. When I put numbers in “Thumbnail width” which is smaller than “Main Image Width” and click Save button it does not save. When I refresh the page I see 0 there as like the screenshot https://prnt.sc/GMVFdugVn4Li

Same thing happening with “Thumbnail cropping” Its does not save anything, its shows all the radio button unchecked.

But on the other hand, if I change width of “Main Image Width” is save the date perfectly.

Evaluated size of HTML is estimated to be over 125 KB and risks not being fully cached. Search engines may not fully acquire the content on a page if the page is contains a lot of code. Extraneous code can push the content down in the page source making it harder for a search engine crawler to get to. A soft limit of 125 KB is used for guidance to ensure all content & links are available in the page source to be cached by the crawler. This basically means if the page size is too big, a search engine may not be able to get all of the content or may end up not fully caching it. how to make it smaller size???

This is not a user error, but a Theme coding error, so stop demanding usd 47 to fix your own mistakes! You have not even let the coder behind the ux builder get access to your theme to help fix it, just Google it, and you will see his responses yourself. I have tried to reach out to your but only got automated answer, so l just posted a 1 star review with a buyer BEWARE warning regarding your theme. Hello. I have installed version 3.15.3 of Flatsome and YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium.

When I select a product variant I get an error in console (attached image).

This error does not allow the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium plugin to work correctly. Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘swap’) /wp-content/themes/flatsome/assets/js/woocommerce.js this is the error in console

Hi, I have my Main Image Width set to 800 as I have some large images that suit this. But I also have some products that don’t really need an image so just have a logo type image that is physically 300 wide. The problem is this is expanded on the product page and looks too big and blurry – I just want the image actual size. Is there a way I can limit the maximum display size to the actual size of the image?
