Please download a fresh copy of RealHomes from your ThemeForest account and upload it to replace the existing theme and plugins.

If you need to replace any plugin, kindly deactivate and delete the plugin and then navigate to Dashboard → Appearance → Install Plugins to install a fresh copy of the plugin on your website. It will remove any malware infections and so on.

I will highly suggest installing and activating the WordFence plugin and getting your website scanned. You can also consider scanning your website using Sucuri.

We are unable to login to your support website. We don’t have any ticket number cause we couldn’t gain access to report our issue. Here is our email aaronmungan@gmail.com, we just renewed the support of the theme today. If you want we can send our purchase code, plus we even wrote to you people via the contact form on your support website to complain about our access issues but still no reply from you.

Every ticket that is successfully submitted and received on our end is assigned an ID sent to each customer in an automated first response. So, if you haven’t received the automated response, it means we have not received any tickets at all.

Yes, you can use its Elementor Widgets for photo galleries, blogs, and standard pages. However, some components are designed to work for Real Estate websites only. I mean, you must have to use them with the Easy Real Estate plugin.

So we cannot provide our website to our clients and agents because Administrator does not know how and what to translate. Only Agent know it.
