when replying to a customer review of one of our woocommerce products our answer is not clearly marked as an answer. Only visible difference compared to a customer review is the missing 5star picture on the right. Is there any possibility to choose a different color or automatically ident text of the answer below the original customer review?

Yes, it is possible. You can use a custom CSS to hide the whole page header on these pages.

Or you can use a custom PHP code to remove it completely:

Or if you just want to remove some items, such as Order Tracking, you can use this code:

There are also other keywords: “cart”, “wishlist”, “account”, “login”, “logout”.
With the Order Tracking, you can also unset the option for this in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced to remove it.

Each page has separated options to change the header’s background color. Perhaps your homepage has changed this option, therefore the global option (in the Customizer) is not used. You can edit your page and check this option in the Display Settings meta box.

Hi thank you for such a lovely theme. I set it up last night. The only gripe I had when importing the demo was that it then regenerated 3170 images to a size I didn’t want because I was following your instructions ;(
Everything seems to be working great except the widgets page is very slow. Do you have any ideas on that
The other thing is that now my images are resized I’ve tried resizing them back by changing the settings back but the images are still the same size. I’d like to implement Product layout 4 with the images running across the top, but the images are too big. How do I resize them so they don’t take up the full screen?
And lastly, the product filter, is there a way to only display the sub categories of the current category and only one level down from the parent, not nested?

Thank you for your feedback. The last step (regenerating images) is optional. WooCommerce will does it automatically, in the background. You will see some images are not regenerated yet, but they all will be fine after a while. You can also set the product image size to the previous value in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images.
At this time, the filter widget doesn’t support to display the sub categories (of the current one). We will try to improve it in the coming updates.

After you changed the product image size settings, WooCommerce would start re-generating images in the background. It will take a while (depends on how many images you have). You should check your website again later.
You can change the background of topbar and header in Appearance > Customize > Header.

2 menus were activated by default (primary and the secundary).
I’ve checked and primary menu is on the left side and the secundary is on the right side… and each of them should have only 3 options (more than 3 gets a new line!)

Actually, you can have more than 3 items on each menu. But it also depends on your screen size. Besides, if you are using an old version of the theme, it will have some limitations.

Thank you for your feedback. By default, the theme just control the display of the website. It doesn’t use too much CPU. This slow loading may come from an additional feature from plugins. You should try to deactivate plugins one by one to test.
