Hey Guys! I sent a support tickets on Friday and no answer. Also the support website doesn’t show your tickets just a form again to submit it. Please advise ASAP – There is no info about the TYPOLOGIES on the packages page to change the name or create new ones. 1. Can I use elementor? Is it compatible? I hate WP bakery, it’s anti user friendly.
2. I would like o know whether the theme will let me create trips in different destinations..I don’t want only blog posts but also organise trips and sell them on the website with WOO. Is it possible to create trips and destinations with the theme and we’ll them with Woo? Thanks

Yo compre el tema pero la suscripción al soporte caduco ¿Qué debo hacer? Pues en su momento pague bastante por el theme. Me agrada mucho pero no el tema ni siquiera arranca apropiadamente en localhost. Necesito una respuesta antes de irme a comprar en otro lugar.
Muchos bugs. ¿Tengo que comprar el tema de nuevo? o ¿pagar el soporte?
Pero no deberia de en principio el theme funcionar. Tengo problemas para ver el demo. No se muestra apropiadamente. Ya intente varias formas para instalar el tema y nada.

1. Is possible to create fixed packages? For example 4 days package on a specific room? -If that is possible it blocks the availability for individual reservations? Since the rooms will be the same than the packages.
2. I can block nights manually?
3 I understand that is possible to add “addons” when booking? Example: add massage, breakfast, surf. In that case is possible to for example set a min and max quantities for those variations? This addons can be configured for each room individually? So one rooms have some addons and other others?
4 – Is there any mailing platform included? I’ll be using it for sending the invoice reservations when buying and for sending one day before they checkout a mail with a satisfaction survey. 5 – All is syncroniced with booking and airnb, right? So if I get a reservation on my booking system it will be blocked and viceversa?
