The latest version of Flatsome (v3.15.3) is fully compatible with WooCommerce v6.3.1. If you see that notification, probably there are outdated WooCommerce template files in the child theme folder. Please update them manually.

There seems to be quite a few issues with the Sensei LMS plugin not working with this theme, do you know if you will have an update soon with making it fully compatible again with the version: 4.1.1 of their plugin?

Unfortunately, Flatsome doesn’t have a visibility check based on login status. I can’t recommend a plugin, but Flatsome is compatible with all official WooCommerce extensions.

As far as I understand, you don’t need a new license. Please submit a refund request here for the latest (unnecessary) purchase.
The error message says a function is called on the modified “flatsome-child/woocommerce/loop/sale-flash.php” file “line #37”. Probably you updated the parent theme but haven’t updated the customized files in your child theme. Please update the file I mentioned above manually, and the problem will be gone.
The refund of the money for the new license is not necessary, since with the previous license, it gave us the following error “The purchase code is already register in another site”. And now when the new license was entered, it did not give any error. I entered the Customize section of the child theme, I made some changes and the problem persists, anyway I’m seeing this in a support ticket, so I’d better leave a separate account for you to review from support, thanks.

Hi Devs, I have a pre-sales question regarding the page builder you are using for Flatsome. Is it possible to edit the created WordPress site on an iPad? Most of the time I spend editing my site from an iPad and Elementor for instance, is an absolute horror to use. Same goes for Visual Composer. So if I could edit pages using your page builder on an iPad, that would be awesome!
