After one year of usage… Once again, again and again my forms are not working. Maybe the updates are messing the avada code, anyway… I will not pay support for something that is included with the product that I have pay for. In 2022, with the best selling theme arround, we’re unbale to use a simple feature like …. FORMS ! This is sad.

I run a news website and we heavily rely on Google Adsense. Is there a way to add the Adsense code inside the post content (between paragraphs)? This is similar to how news websites like CNN have their ads.

You can use any good ads specific WP plugin for that. Out of the box, while you can add different embed codes for Ads or insert the Ads in one of the many widget/sidebar locations, there isn’t an option to insert it automatically within each post content.

I have two questions regarding the Post Card Element: 1. I wanted to show only sale products, is this possible? 2. I wanted to limit the shown products in general. Now the Post Card Elements shows always all Products, i didn´t find a way to limit to only 4 Products in 4 columns. Is there a way? I’m currently using Avada v5.7. Would I be able to update directly to v7.6.1 or would I need to do it in stages? I’m also running WordPress 5.3.11. Do you foresee any issues with that or should I update to the latest Wordpress before updating the theme files?

As with any software update, we recommend making a fully recoverable backup so you can always go back to a previous snapshot of the site if anything unexpected occurs. But generally you should be able to update without issues.

I’d recommend going to Avada 5.9.1 (downloadable from here if you login with support account).

Then update to Avada 7.6.1

No you don’t, the downloads are available for you already inside the document post above, all you need to have is a valid support account and if you simply login to the account and check link, you will see an option to download the version.

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3pBJedl

Can Someone PLEASE help. Our Avada theme STOPPED working and it says we have only got a license for ONE site. We ALWAYS HAD THE SAME WEBSITE!! We only changed the servers for our domain and i suspect that is the problem? Please could you assist us? We are a NONPROFIT organization and we don;t feel like paying additional 42 euro as we have not changed any domains and just want someone to fix this problem please . THANK YOU! Madie

Can you please try to unregister your site. In order to unregister a code from a site, you need to log into your support account at https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/ Once you are logged in, please click on the “Register purchase code” tab, Screenshot here → https://tinyurl.com/ycsru25e

Any of the Avada demos can be used with Woocommerce. The architecture demo does not Woocommerce added but you can easily enable the plugin and add products without any issues

Advanced Custom Fields PRO – Plugin update. Requires a code for them to update it. I downloaded all the info needed from your most recent theme updates. There is no documentation on a code for this. Can you please direct me to how to update the plugin that you used in this theme. Thank you.

All bundled plugins can be updated via the Theme’s plugin area. This can be done by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Plugins and not the regular plugin section.
