My client bought that theme, the support forum register button not working.. AND after 2 hrs wasted trying to import demo 43 DARK.. Figure ou that the only thing i need is Home page 1, and it is not working at all, no pages import. HAve to go to other demo to make it work… I need the Example on dark or light, but i need this home page 1.. The rest are fine. Spend 2 hrs already!!! Answer, site have benn registered. Nothing is working. And server value are good, your setup tel me they are not working… ANSWER ASAP ..

The loading time is very long. I have no additional plugins, only the ones included in the theme. My server responds fine on other pages. I asked a programmer to review and he told me that he would not give me the service because the site is breaking.

Hi ! My website https://www.kalli-graphic.com/ is currently experiencing some trouble and it seems that the WP Bakery page builder is the problem, I get this message “Error 503 Backend fetch failed Backend fetch failed Guru Meditation: XID: 46033675 Varnish cache server” When I deactivate WP Bakery the site is back, but of course displaying bits of code instead of my content. I downloaded a more recent version of the plugin but still no luck .
Any idea of what is wrong ?

Ive resolved this issue now. However on the lightbox settings is there a way for the image to fit in the screen when clicked. At the moment it once clicked it fills the whole screen and stretches the image so you can only see part of the image

Content Blocks is only showing one footer. However, there is another footer showing up on other pages that has a contact form and Brooklyn offices info that I can not find to edit or remove. I’m currently using demo #46, however I really like the contact page on demo #44. However the template manager doesn’t list that page as option to import? Would importing the entire demo site solve this issue and I could simply pick choose parts of both demos to use on my site or will importing the entire demo overwrite the demo I’m currently using?

there is indeed no woocommerce demo, but even on the site shown, you can easily activate woocommerce and the header for example has fully shopping cart features / account etc. and all other aspects do also work.

I know that, but having one built with the design of the site is much better, for that that I never sold you template to a client, he want something who look great and the basic WooCommerce dont look so great!
