Please make sure you are imported the demo content. If not, then follow the documentation:https://demo.themewinter.com/wp/docs/exhibz/#intro_demo_install. After importing the demo content, please go to the Dashboard> Settings> Readings> Homepage Settings and select home-4 as homepage.

Hi there. I have one question. Last year we used polylang plugin, but we realized that if event has limited tickets (for example 30), counter for tickets when they are booked does not work simultaneously. So if one ordered 29 tickets in EN language, there were still 30 tickets left in French language. This year we are going to use WPML instead, do you think this issue will be resolved? Do you think MULTILINGUAL BLOG package of WPML is good enough to purchase? Thanks for your answer.

Hi, Eventin is compatible with the WPML plugin. For WPML in Eventin, when a user buy a ticket, the ticket count will only change for the parent language event in the Admin area. So, you don’t have to worry about the ticket count for WPML with Eventin. Regards
Hi, I am not sure if you understood what I am asking for. Last year was an issue with ticket count in two different languages. People ordered 29/30 tickets in ENGLISH language, and it was still showed 30/30 tickets for event in FRENCH language. It means there were 60 tickets available instead of 30. But I used polylang. I am not sure how counter will work in WPML.
We’ve tested WPML with Eventin officially and WPML is fully compatible with eventin stock management. But we don’t have any idea regarding the MULTILINGUAL BLOG package of WPML

Yes, 30 tickets will be 30 tickets in WPML. We fixed Stock Management issue with WPML. Let me know If you see any issue on this. Regards.
IT IS NOT WORKING CORRETLY. buggy. I have limited tickets to 20 and bookings goes over this number. Also in one language it shows sold out, in the other language it is still available to buy. Crazy..

we solved the issues on Eventin Plugin. Please update Exhibz theme and Eventin Plugin.
You have to translate the event. If the event is not translated with WPML, that means if the translation is not available for the secondary language, it will show blank for the secondary language. Also, make sure, you have set “Post Name” as the permalink from Settings > Permalinks menu.

For solving the hamburger menu icon issue, please go to the Dashboard> Appearence> Customize> Theme Settings> Optimization Settings and disable the Elemenskit icon library. See the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/KegKTcSQNyuy.

The update deleted the style.css header! It broke everything! Solve ASAP
I managed to get the header, but the website is still plain-white after the update. Not ok at all!. Tomorrow is an event and it needs to be online for registration!

2) Our theme is supported with WooCommerce. So you can use any WooCoomerce supported Payment Getway method.
3) Yes, you can use the theme for the multispeaker program.

Pre sale question: Is it possible to create a subscription business model like netflix, so that subscribed members will have access to the events they want to attand? So maybe basic subcription plan gives you access to like say 4 events, Premium plan gives access to 8 events etc. I have woocommerce subscription plugin.

Thanks for your query. We’re using WP Eventin plugin to provide the event ticket selling feature. Woocommerce subscription addon is not fully tested and advertised yet with WP Eventin plugin. As the plugin team is currently super busy in building some flagship features, this is taken as a feature request. Hopefully, the R&D team of the plugin will take this in their concern and take further necessary steps if needed.
