Hi, with the top videos widget, is there a way to set a time period on the videos, for example with most viewed setting – to show options like ‘this week’ or ‘this month’... rather than just the top videos of all time? Im trying to set it so it shows top viewed weekly like a top chart…. Thanks

Was building a site with a different theme that has this function, but testing using your theme as the other has playback issues with some devices that yours seems to be fine on… really need this feature though as its central to my site – gives the ability to have weekly ‘charts’ for top videos… thanks

Hi, im setting up my site with your plugin plus buddypress so users can upload videos. However, there doesnt seem to be a way for users to edit videos after posting other than in the wp backend which i dont want to give access to… is there a way for front end editing??

We have just bought this theme. On demo it looks superb! But, big suprise, the yearly cost for all the required plugins (WP Bakery, Youzer, Buddypress,....). This makes it an expensive theme. It would be advisable to announce this aspect to potential buyers on Envato/Themeforest. We will suggest it to the admin of that platform. That way you will have less disappointed clients and less refunding requests. Too bad for such a nice theme….

hi, it is a good news for new vidi elementor theme publishing as soon as posibile. Will the theme use haru vidi plugin? If yes, hope the vidi plugin updated to support elementor. And “Headers already sent” notification showed in php 8/8.1, but function run normal.

there’s a problem with your YT import thumbnail
it has really WIDE BLACK AREAS TOP AND BOTTOM.
I have another YT import plugin which doesn’t has this problem.

I found out why your plugin YouTube video thumbnails always have big black areas top and bottom.
your YouTube video import plugin only gets 480×360 thumbnails.
my other plugin gets 1280×720
this problem needs fixing ..

i ran a test on MEKS plugin and it only gets 480p thumbnails.
that explains why yours does the same .
the single video import YouTube that I used that generates the 720p thumbnails is
VideographyWP Lite
it can only do single video import. no bulk import.
for me to purchase your pro version plugin. this problem needs to be resolved.
YouTube videos standard is 720p.
please fix this problem.

MEKS and yours just don’t import the max resolution thumbnails.

I use your importer plugin to import YouTube videos. it uses YouTube API. both plugins use the same YouTube API. so why does yours only import 480p thumbnail size???

For some reason, after nearly a year of having this theme, our player bar underneath the video screen has disappeared.
I went to the Vidi settings to the Player section. I’m not sure what is supposed to be toggled vs set to “on” to make the bar visible (the bar that shows likes, view count, save to watch later list, etc).
What should those settings be to accomplish the above?

Greetings, we are having the same issue again with our video player bar not appearing. I did deactivate the plugin you mentioned was the issue and it’s still not working. I also went one by one for each plugin to see if another one was the issue and nothing.

The issue is that the way you disabled the Video Player Autoplay setting disabled the volume for mobile. The “Tap To Unmute” was no longer showing on mobile. So I enabled that. So far both the bar setting and the mobile volume setting are showing together again.
