i activated the theme and installed all recommended plugins

i use the Polylang plugin for translate as you said (Compatible with Polylang plugin)

i use two languages english and arabic

the main lang is arabic

when i need to save the english menu with the english lang not save the option

it’s reload page after click on save menu and not save changes

1) The Images settings of the products are coming from WooCommerce, Please read the below-given articles:

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on the width you set.

If you want anything beyond it then it requires Customization and if you want our paid Customization services, you can contact our Customization team at ptheme.customize@gmail.com for paid Customization services or hire any developer.

2) To enable the product color switcher to go to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archive there is the option as you can see in the image: i.is.cc/23pQXrH7.png enable it and then save settings after that check back your site after clearing the browser cache.

Hello, does your theme support Miltilingual, or in general, how can I add an alternative language to the site with your theme, so as not to heavily load the site with “bad” plugins, but at the same time for everything to work (in my case, there should be only two languages on the site, not more)? 2. Those are not our theme errors, and those will not affect anything on your site, to remove those, I suggest you please Install the Classic Widget plugin on your site and it will provide you with the old interface of the Widgets: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

3. Our theme does not have any influence on it, please check with the default WP Theme once.

Update failed.

Apearence> Install Plugins – installed but not activated ( not true ). Requires update ( tells it’s already updated).... Everytime i try to update this happens

First you have to update the theme, and then you will be able to update the plugins.

First of all, please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the theme from there and then again activate the theme with same purchase code.

After that you have to go to Appearance >> Themes and update the theme from there, if it will not work for you, then follow this article: https://ptheme.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020667197--24-Update-Porto-Theme-Manually-without-Loosing-any-Data-

After updating the theme, please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try to update the plugins from there one by one. If that will not work for you, then you can manually update the plugins and you wil find the updated plugins files in theme package under Plugins.

Is there a setting or simple way to not load the custom image gallery from Porto for the product page but use the default WooCommerce image gallery? Im asking because its stands in conflict with a third party plugin.

Please read and follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue, otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still persist with the default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.
