How do you activate the backend of the UX Builder??? The front end is driving me nuts for the woocommerce products. I just want to use the backend and not use the front end ux builder.

I’m just in shock, on February 16 I contacted support. The theme has a problem with filters. Support response after contacting: Hi 9in11m, Thanks for reaching us. For now, try to use the “List” option, NOT the “Dropdown” option. We’ll try to fix it in the coming version. Thank you Ahmed Ehsaan 1 month has passed, an update has been released, nothing has been fixed, the filter is still with bugs and looks miserable. I don’t understand what the problem is to fix this error? A month wasn’t enough? Now another 3 months to wait for the next update to be released? It ’s just awful … I’ve been waiting a month! Until this is fixed … I don’t understand why a theme that was bought 188k times, and which has its own designer, has such stupid mistakes, and why the theme developers couldn’t conduct such banal tests with filters. I appeal to the developer: please check the filters: “List” and “Dropdown” with the conditions “AND” and “OR”. Thanks.

Guys, I understand everything, but why does a theme that has been bought 188 thousand times look so weird filters? Filters are what the buyer uses most often. Why did I write about this problem a month ago, you didn’t fix it, and now you’re suggesting that I use the code myself? I don’t understand this Thanks

That’s a WooCommerce bug, not Flatsome. We’ve reported it to the WooCommerce dev team and still waiting for the fix. You can track it with the link below.

You can eliminate such issues by testing on the official WooCommerce theme “Storefront” first before deciding if it’s a theme issue or not.

This recent change: FIXED: Product gallery thumbnail slider arrows for 5 thumbs. You can specify what it is exactly? My product gallery only have 4 thumbs. How do you get 5 thumbs?

That fix is related to the problem that the slider arrows are not displayed when there are four thumbnail images and a main image in the product image gallery.

This fix doesn’t mean you can have 5 thumbnails under the main product image. Please read carefully my previous answer.

I see your tickets were replied on time. Especially on slow servers, it is expected behavior to display the background color before images. It’s a matter of server speed and the browser used. You can change the background color to white if you don’t want the default color (which blue in your case) is displayed.

WPML language switch is not displaying correctly with Flatsome on mobile. Exemple: https://prnt.sc/2dmDxLj-n_rh I contacted WPML support and all is fine from WPML setup.

WPML Feedback: I see that the link is present in the HTML. The Flatsome CSS styles are probably obscuring it or hiding it in some way.Please inquire with Flastome support what could be the issue here. I have installed this theme on my domain www.specsright.com, But after installation, I am facing a problem with ‘Filter Products by Attribute’, This widget is not showing.

I have updated attributes like colour, frame shape, frame weight, frame size, frame type, gender etc.

But when I added the widget on the default sidebar option/custom sidebar option, it is not appearing, whereas other options like product categories, search bar, navigation are working fine.
