Hi there, I mean like an expiration date of the popup window. For example I want to show the PopUp window from now to 16th July 2022 and then, it will automatically be hidden. :)

Hi, I want to log a ticket using the Help Center however, everytime I try to create an account I do not receive an email to verify my account despite having a message appear telling me that I am sent one. Without being able to create an account I am unable to log a ticket to request assistance in fixing my website issue.

I have also tried using 3 different email addresses to create the account so far. All of them never receive a verification email.

You can deregister your purchase code from some domain through our Help Center and then register it to some other domain that you want.

In case you are unable to deregister it through Help center, please submit a ticket to our Help Center and one of our support agents will assist you gladly.

How do I disable this, I cant remember registering it with any other domain, Please help with this?

Please check if you have updated the latest version of the theme and its plugins. If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.

This error usually occurs if you missed updating the Core plugin.

Also, if it is already registered on another domain, or if you forgot to deregister your theme, you can always send us a mail to our help center providing your purchase code in it and our team will help you with this.

Hi, I bought this very nice theme. But why it is not possible to add a shopping cart and search icoon in de header of the mobile version? When people add products in the shopping cart on mobile there is no shopping cart to go to.. People go away because they don’t know and they can not go to the shopping cart to check out.

Thanks for your fast answer. The steps you explain I allready did. But I want the shopping cart and search button at the homepage left from the burger menu (please see screenshot mobile cart_search2).

For now I allready did place the cart and search in the mobile dropdown. As you can see in the second screenshot (mobile cart_search) the shopping cart and search icoon placed at the bottom. When the cart en search can not at the homepage is it possible to put them at the top of the mobile dropdown? Above the tekst “information”.

I am unable to open a support request as my support is expired. I just need the license to be activated and do not need any other support. My old domain was expired, so I cannot do anything from that and want to use the theme on my new domain. Can you please deactivate the other domain and activate my new one. NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE:

The Demo Content Import ALWAYS stalls and crashes.

In nearly all of the responses you have given to people who said that they failed to import the Demo Content, you responded with a statement that goes something like:
“Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources…....”

Well, I’ve had to increase my resources over and over again, until now, where I have reached the following extremes:
PHP Memory Limit: 2 GB
PHP Post Max Size: 2048M
PHP Time Limit: 3600
PHP Max Input Vars: 8000
Max Upload Size: 2 GB

And even with these, the demo content fails to complete.

And with the incomplete import, a lot of pics and other content would have uploaded, but not in use. Repeating this with the XML file as you suggest in all your Themeforest responses only Time-Outs as well. And theres no way to fix or remedy this. I have had to use WP Reset more than 6 times already – in the space of a Week!

IMPORTANT::
I’ve also created a Support Ticket for this issue. But I decided to post this here, because your support team takes DAYS to respond to issues…. and when they do, they don’t give any actionable information, just generic feedback. Any subsequent questions we ask, require another 12 or 24hour wait, if not more to get responded to.

There are SOOO many comments here of how your DEMO CONTENT doesn’t install and freezes. You Can’t keep doing this to your clients.

The presentation I need to do for my client is in a couple of days.

I NEEEEED you to perform this DEMO CONTENT install extremely soon.
