hello, I acquired the basel theme some time ago and developed a web site but this web site no longer exists it is www.vitulo.com.co there is no longer a web site or domain, I want to carry out another project with this same theme and install it but when making a change of background or texts in the slides by slider revolution these are not reflected they do not load, and I reload or clear cache but still they do not load, how could I solve this? I, the past web developer, registered the license in wordpress, could I register this license again for this new project? Yes, you can remove your old domain activation in your account on xtemos.com website. Then you will be free to activate it on a new one.

Yes I did that already. Still getting the same error. The origin of the file is functions.min.js

If you do not see the console error, please try navigating back and forth to multiple pages. It seems like a race condition but I can be wrong. Thanks for the help!

You should be able to see the error if you are logged in or logged out as admin user. Please try navigating back and forth from homepage to request appointment page to see the error.

Thanks a lot for your last update of Basel. We were waiting for it since months.
The free shipping top bar it’s great. Is in your plans the duplicability of this feature? I ask this, because we’re thinking with our developer to duplicate the feature to offer it to different countries areas that have different minimum amount to have the free shipping (for example Europe, Asia, US, etc).
Last question is about the performances. We implemented as expected the new feature about manually disable some CSS styles on all pages. But it was already correctly applied by another your update that do not call the sources anymore if a specific function (es. popup) is not added on a page. So why is it useful in this case? What’s really new? Could you make an example please?
Last but not least, I think that you forgot to mention the new “nofollow” on the widget “attributes” on WooCommerce. We had fix it already manually many months ago, but we appreciated this definitely fix.

Currently, we don’t have plans to extend the free shipping functionality but we will consider this as a feature request.
Yes, our CSS files are loaded automatically and work well in most cases. But in some advanced cases, users still want to remove some files so this option is now available.
We have added nofollow to attributes in our 5.4 and it is mentioned in the documentation.

there it is any future plan for updating the theme with elementor plugin? WpBakery just sucks. I bought this theme because i have worked with Woodmart theme before, but the limitation with WpBakery is a huge downside in the backend.

Hi. this problem keeps happening, I used the regeneration tool 3 times already. I’m not sure if it’s a cache issue (I use WP rocket) , but we have to fix it once and for all. please advise
It is a bug in the WooCommerce plugin and the only way to fix it, for now, is to regenerate lookup tables. We hope that they will fix it soon.
should I disable cache until they fix it? or is it not the cache that makes it happen again and again?

This bug is reported to the WooCommerce team already. Unfortunately, we don’t have a fix except the one proposed by WooCommerce about lookup regeneration.

This template seems to have a problem with the new WordPress (5.9), after activating this template, even without activating the plugins, it is not possible to enter the WordPress admin panel and after a few minutes the error message “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”
