Then you should be able to install all premium plugins from Appearance > Install Plugins.
The theme is wonky. I am trying to add blocks in the dashboard, but they are not saving properly.
The dashboard cusotmisation is default WordPress functionalities and it’s not theme specific one.
Please check. There are javascript conflicts between theme’s script and plugin’s script. Try to disable all plugins to see if it fixes the issue.
