Hello, Regarding the editing of the sticky header it does not assume the configuration on the mobile phone, I edit it in elementor and when I go to see it on the mobile phone it does not assume the configuration, can you help?

You can first try to simply clear your browser’s cache, use a different browser, or view in an incognito browser. If this doesn’t help, then follow these steps:

1. Go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS and click the Regenerate Files button. 2. Update your page. You may need to make a small change to enable the Update button. 3. Clear all cache including server cache if it exists, any WordPress caching plugins you are using, and your own browser cache. You can also try checking in another browser, or in an incognito browser.

Im having errors come up with the following theme plugins.

The error message has gone.

There is a major problem with the food menu prices. The prices on the website only have one decimal place .. and are all off by a couple of cents. The back end items has the correct prices. for example Mango Jhinga is $18.95 at the back end, but on the website it comes up as $19,0 – Why is this happening and how can this be fixed immediately. I’ve never had a problem like this before. I am e mailing this to you as well.

Hi I try signing up at https://license.themegoods.com/manager/ but I’m not getting the e mails with the password. I checked spam folder too, nothing. I can’t use the theme. I keep running into problems, and keep giving up on using it, I am probably one of the first who bought this theme, tried using it and ran into a wall and gave up on it, after that a year ago I gave it another go but again had too many issues and I deleted it and used a different theme. I am now trying to use it again but for some reason it is still linked to the old domain, but I am using another theme on it, so here I am again, unable to use it because I am not getting the e mails from your system and I can not remove the old domain from the theme. I have never, in 15 years of editing themes had so many problem with a theme that’s almost 10 years after my original purchase I was not able to use it at all, it has just been a complete waste of my time.

Actually, I tried but stpport is asking to Renew Support – But as the issue related to “Theme Update, so I do not want to renew support. Are there are any other options like good tutorial for troubleshooting update or anything other?

We are very sure that our theme works fine with the latest version of WordPress so we are very sure that the issue you had isn’t related to the theme.

Anther thing you could try, please update to the latest version of theme and all required plugins. It will fixes this issue. Here is instruction about how to update theme

Hello, 1. can I include multiple restaurants(like a 100) and then lets customers subscribe to one of the restaurants and chose their meals for a whole mount? 2. can I make each restaurant to modify their settings. For example, restaurant A does not allow customers to leave a comment on the unwanted ingredients. 3. When a customer subscribe to a restaurant can it shows the restaurant selected on a separate page and let subscribers to change and select their meals?

Why can’t i see all of the demos? New install and there are only 10 demos displaying from the Import Demo page. I see more than that when viewing demos from themegood website.

after I updated to the most recent version my mobile website started getting disconfigured. For example the top slide wont adjust to screen size right and the menu bars in the mobile header are unclickable. Ive had the site for a year and no issue like this.

Hi folks, Is it possible to use your theme on a staging subdomain as well as a primary? The reason I ask is that we’ve been using the theme since 2016 and it’s been great but we want to rebuild from scratch in Elementor on a staging subdomain before transferring to the live account.

I did try to just clone to staging but the theme wouldn’t activate due to it being used on the primary. I can’t submit a ticket about this as the support ran out in 2016 and we only ever needed support once as the theme has been amazing and we’ve never really had any other issues until now.
