Hello there, I’m having troubles using any slider plug in beside avada slider. Basically no slider will show up on the homepage whenever I log out from my admin profile. What could be going wrong? I tried deactivating all plug ins and re activating them, I even tried deleting the cache, but nothing seems to be working.

The theme can not break on its own at all, can you please check if you had any 3rd party plugin(s) installed that could cause this issue, also please try clear your cache from plugin(s) one by one to see if any of them could be it, also please try reinstalling the latest version of Avada and both Avada core and Avada Builder plugin, if the issue persists please open a support ticket with our team further.

There is no specific way to hide a container via conditional logic for a specific page. You can rather use a custom CSS rule in the page builder CSS area of that specific page by giving the container a class name in the layout builder and then targeting it via the page (not the layout) builder’s CSS area

Hello, I have a problem. i register on your support page, but i do not receive any email from registration
I have 15 “products”, nothing is sold via woocommerce, there should be 5 visible and then can click on the arrows and to see the others. if you click on the button should all come on a landing page. how can I do that? find no suitable slider for it with you.

Hey there, I’m running a website Personal Injury Lawyer and bought one Avada license. However, all bigger upgrades to a website I always first try it locally on my PC. I noticed however I can not use your theme locally without also registering it there. How can I overcome this?? Need help regarding this.

Avada has built-in Fusion builder but can I install and use Elementor builder using the Avada or I have to use the fusion builder?

Hi, Can I disable the Avada mega menu and use other 3rd party mega menu plugins, like: Max mega menu or Uber menu. I tried to use Max menu but there was no effect of it on my pages.

Mega menu can be disabled via Avada theme options and also via the menu items itself(via the menu options). As for third partly plugins, we have not tested them with Avada to guarantee 100% compatibility. However, Uber menu is used by several users who are using the Avada theme. You can also write to support and check for any setup related queries about the mega menu as the mega menu can use widgets which really makes it very flexible to add different type of content

I saw avada contains inbuilt caching system. Do we really need caching plugins like wp rocket plugin?

We offer built in CSS/JS compilers for performance / cache reasons however its still recommended to use a 3rd party cache plugin for additional performance boost. Optimal cache plugin settings vary from site to site so for best results there is some manual adjustment required for any cache plugin you choose. You can use any good cache plugin like WP Rocket, W3TC etc.

I have a license, but was wondering if I am allowed to install the theme on a sub-domain of the main site for testing purposes? It will be on a closed Wordpress install and not available to the public. Do I need to buy another license for this?

After Updating theme, Avada Builder, and Avada Core plugins I’m not able to edit the individual page using live editor.

Hi Avada Support,
I put in the wrong email address for my customer support account with my license key and now it won’t let me register a new account with the correct email with the same license key. Because I put in an email address with a typo and don’t have access to that email address I wasn’t ever able to set up a support password.
