We did but our support has expired. The problem seems to be the SaasLand core plugin. When deactivating it, our site works. But it doesn’t look like it should look obviously, because it’s missing the core plugin.
One problem seems to be that Saasland and Elementor use a different version of Redux. The other is that the site can’t find the Scheme Typography and other resources.
I hope you can help me, even if my support has expired.
Can we manually update the SaasLand Core plugin in File manager? It doesn’t seem to update before the Fatal error happens… Maybe that solves the problem.

Yes, the theme is Easy Digital Downloads compatible. But by “compatible” if you mean we have EDD’s features and functionality integrated into Saasland, we don’t have. By “compatible” we mean you can use EDD and add its features with Saasland.

No, Elementor Pro is NOT required. You can avail and use all our theme’s features, pages, widgets, blocks etc. with the Free version of Elementor.
I updated Saasland to the latest theme update and now my site has a critical error. No other changes were made.
I just received an email from google that states that “Sitemap could not be read”
Would love to resolve and don’t feel like I should pay for an update to renew my support package.
After the major update by Elementor, we rigorously checked Saasland theme, make it compatible with the changes of Elementor and then released an update recently. So there should not be critical error when you update the theme.

My client has been using your theme for some time. I’m currently their new web designer. However we are trying to make it more custom, so we wont be using any of your templates but will continue using your theme as they liked your style. However, our client has requested that they would like to use the testimonial section from your ‘colorful agency’. Its a vertical testimonial carousel with ratings (right at the bottom). However I have looked at all your elements, and cannot find out how to do it on a custom elementor page with your theme. Any advice on that would be grateful.

I want to know if your theme works with WPBakery Page Builder before i purchase it.
Looks like you already purchased it. Our theme of course works with WPBakery Builder, but you will not get the ready blocks, pages etc. in WPBakery as they are built with Elementor.

1. We currently don’t have a header with center logo, but we will add it in near future. So if you purchase the theme now, you will get it eventually.
2. We have the basic Mailchimp integration with the theme, so you don’t need paid subscription to make the integration work, if you are okay with MailChimp’s free plan. If you want to upgrade to their pro plans, you only have to pay then.

I think that you didn’t follow the update guidelines before dropping the new update on your WordPress. We also recommend using the child theme because of adding/using the custom CSS/Codes. In this case, we can’t help you concerning the lost CSS.

Hi, I cannot find why, but on your sidebar section all our blog titles they have at the end the specific unicode �. only on that section all our blogs it shows that specific unicode character. After a lot of research i found that it comes from the theme. Can you help me please how to remove it? thank you

We are pretty much sure that the unicode you mentioned is not coming from our theme because we never used it. As it is not from our theme we are not sure how to remove it.
