Question before buying. Is there a possibility to insert new elements on the Home Page through the elementor. For example, I choose the Hipster demo and I want to insert a new element such as text or image below the blog block or products from the store separately from the blog or above or below the blog. Unfortunately, no theme can include Elementor Pro inside it because the author of the Elementor plugin doesn’t allow for it. But, our theme can be working fine without Elementor Pro – that means, you just need to use Elementor free version is enough. Since the theme provided many custom elements for most of all-purpose.

Suddenly the license isn’t valid anymore. It tells me that the license / purchase code is already registered for my localhost-site and i should buy a new license. But when I bought the script, development environments like localhost didn’t apply the license.

Hi, I have a regular license of Soledad. I was using it for one website. but Now I have left that domain, and want to use the license for other website of mine. But I am not able to do it. This is life time license, then how come you are all allowing it to use for other website.

With one regular license, at one moment, you just can use it for one website only. If you want to move the license to another website, you need to revoke the license for the current site via Dashboard > Soledad > Theme License, then you can activate the theme for your other website. I have license but cant change activation details,(Please update your purchase code to continue.)system detect license active on different CNAME so i cant login into wp-admin. Current License was activated on same site, just changed domain name in WP, so cant login anymore. PLs advice or reset licence on ur side. It’s frustrating buy a license and cant use it as if it was activated twice!!!

We have an option to help you can import only demo style ( doesn’t include the demo content ) – so you just need to import the demo style for your site and start to adjust it the way you want. Hey, I have just bought your theme and I’m having issue with amp
there are multiple issues with AMP and I also tried your support page but for some reason I’m getting 503 error.
I’m adding some of the error below

Hi, I developed a site with three languages and I used Polylang plugin for the localization everything works perfect, but in the Archive, Search.. Pages I want to have just left sidebar for RTL languages and just right sidebar for the LTR language it’s working fine for the main language of the website it took just one left sidebar but for the second language it took right and left sidebars for all the pages I turned on the left sidebar option in the customization section but no effect I couldn’t find what’s wrong.
is there any idea?????
