Hi, i used this theme in some webs, it´s a good theme, but i dont like how works zoom tool in mobile, cause the experience is not good, it seems that the web doesn´t work fine, cause the web get stopped doing downscreen.

I wonder if it is posible to use a lightbox with this theme to show product gallery. I don´t like the zoom mode, thanks for advance.

Hi, thanks. I don´t need support, it´s a pre-sale question, cause i know i´m able to turn it OFF, but this means that i can´t not do it zoom. The porto´s zoom for products in mobile devices have a bad experience, cause you can not do scroll down if you touch th product… my question is: any posibility to do zoom by another way? not with the porto´s zoom. It’s because your server environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

OR

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

Hello I tried to install new plugins by using the Setup Wizard with the Porto Theme, but all the installations are failed. Can you tell me if I should modify some settings on my server or anything else ?

First of all, please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme/Plugins requirements as listed below:

PHP version 7.4.
Memory Limit 256M or higher.
max_execution_time 600 or 1000
memory_limit 256M
max_input_vars 2000
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M

And after that please deactivate and reactivate the theme again and then try to Install one by one, OR try to Install the plugins from Appearance >> Install Plugins one by one, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Hi! Does the out of stock badge not work for variable products? If so, is there any known code snippet that solves this with your theme? Also, if a variation is out of stock it displays the same as the in stock ones except when clicked, which is a bit disconcerting to the client. Is there any way around it?

Sorry to say that but that price is not in our hands and has been set by Envato and please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the theme and plugins and also try to check after deactivating all the third-party plugins and also if you are using the Child Theme then try to check after activating the Parent-Theme, and if after that the issue will still persist then we have to check it on your site and for that, you have to contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details.

It is indeed a shame you cannot control the price because extended support for clients that already own a license should not be as expensive as buying a new one.

It is the block where is written “Welcome to this new web shop” I can remember that this was done with WP Bakkery.
