CBD plugin shows expired can you fix that? Plugin needs to be updated so that it works for customers without opening a ticket which requires you to pay again for 1 answer your company knows the answer too, If you people to pay for 1 answer that should be answered already? I never rated your product yet! I do not want to play games with support.
[Pre Sale Question] Does your theme now support Rich Snippet out of the box or is it still relying on third party plugins that are not supported.
Looking for a theme to show ratings information in google search results.
I read in comments from 5 years back and newer that you are recommending using a third party plugin which you do not support. So this question, as I know you have made major changes and are in the top of using the latest available tech.

Need help with few issues.
1. I’m facing issue with “features”. I’m adding “features” on restaurant listing but it isn’t reflecting on live page. When I checked wordpress listing page then “features” aren’t even after adding it manually.
2. Some restaurant are open in two different slots in day. E.g. 9 AM to 2 PM and 6 PM to 10 PM but listing page isn’t allowing me to two different time for day. How to fix this?
3. When user claim the listing then how should business owner get access to make changes in listing on his own? Please suggest solution?

I can’t find an option to browse the whole directory. Is there a way to create a URL so I can put a button on the home page saying “See All categories” and “Browse All Listings”?

I didn’t think that was a technical assistace issue. Is there a built feature for a visitor to browse all listings?
Hello! First of all, thanks for a great plugin and theme. I’d need to know how to add a custom field to the frontend view of events. Same feature we have for listings but for events. I tried using ACF plugin and worked in WP admin backend but not in frontend… it adds an extra button under the custom fields and does not work when saving. Many thanks in advance.
Forgot to mention… may be with your addon Eventprowp is possible to add custom fields working in WP backend and user’s dashboard?? Please let me know.

When I add a listing with opening hours like 06:00 till 00:00 it lists it as Monday-Tuesday and in the search results as Day Off while the restaurant is open. How do I fix that? The support team says it’s from Google’s Gtranslate, but I’ve deactivated it and it’s still the same, I also see that this error appears in many users, could you help me? Thanks

Hello, Hope everything is going well with you.
This question is about the listing pages “Offers/Discount/Deal Banners”. I am wanting each user/client’s “Offers/Discount/Deal Banners” made to show “full size” on mobile/responsive as it shows on a website (.% Off, Background image, full text description, timer, Get Deal Button)
Right now on mobile it only shows as a little collapsible color strip that does not show all of the description Plus when opened only shows the countdown timer. I want the mobile to show the same banner size with % Off, Background image, full text description, timer and Get Deal Button.
What mobile/responsive path/folders do I need to change for the mobile to show the same as on the website?

If you are asking this question you are most likely basing it on testing (PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix) one of our LIVE DEMOS (Example: classic.listingprowp.com). Live demos are for the purpose of the demo only. We do not optimize our demos for page speed. Page load time has almost nothing to do with the theme.
