Sure thing, it tends to be small laptop screens. Tablet and mobile are fine once the menu drops into the mobile menu. It’s the small non-mobile screens that have the issues, thank you!

You can try adding custom css below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to adjust spacing in vertical header to suit screen size on smaller laptops.

Our Sagen theme does serve as a showcase for properties, and does not have any booking functionality within the theme, it does have a regular contact form where you can request a showing. You can always try to implement some booking feature with a third party plugin, however have in mind that we have not tested this with our theme nor can we guaranty theme compatibility.

In the Sagen Options under “Property” and “Property Full Screen Filter” I can enable a filter, but it doesn’t show anywhere. How do I add that filter to the list page?

Is it possible to show a Google Map on each property?
Also, is it possible to install a filter-option plugin, so users can filter in the search?

Property single can be edited with WPBakery, so you can add Google Map shortcode or any other shortcode available with theme as shown in screenshot.
For more detailed overview of theme’s options please check the documentation in this link.
There are a lot of plugins available and it is not possible to test our theme with all of them. Our main focus is to help with built-in theme functionalities and supported plugins. We cannot give you an exact recommendation as we haven’t tested such plugins with the Sagen theme and we cannot guarantee it’s 100% functionality. Thank you for your understanding.

Hey there, I have implemented the side header and i am using the vertical closed menu. i have selected the opening of submenu on the side, but when I go to the homepage it still opens below the main menu item. Am i missing something? Or is it something that is an issue from the theme. Please help.

Hello. I have just used your theme to build a website. Very nice, thank you. One question – When I share the website URL via SMS message or whatsapp, it shows the Sagen Property Theme image (the same image as screenshot.png in the theme folder). I have tried replacing screenshot.png with my own image, but it doesnt seem to make any difference. Where does this image come from, and how can I change it? Thanks.

It means that all basic shortcodes will be shown well, but our custom dynamic shortcodes, shortcodes we implemented into VC that requires script calculations, wont be displayed well.

Hi, I think my support is expired but there is an error on the theme. “Uncaught Error: no element is specified to initialize PerfectScrollbar” this error only occur on 1024px and below and is affecting some of the plugins including the close button on my popups. The close buttons don’t work on 1024px and below when the theme error appears. https://prnt.sc/11x9v66 the perfect scrollbar is inside the theme on this location sagen/assets/js/modules/plugins/perfect-scrollbar.jquery.min.js I’m using the updated version of the theme and I already deactivated all the plugins excepts sagen core and the error still appears.
Edit: I’m running wordpress 5.7 I also tried updating the perfectscrollbar from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0 in the theme files but that didn’t do anything. there is also a warning which I wasn’t able to screenshot earlier https://prnt.sc/11xaa06
