Hi, I am facing the issues with Newsletter popup, because the popup template is not importing when I import the demo content. I contact your support but still not solve the issue. I don’t know what to do. I didn’t release the website because of this issue.

I uninstall the WordPress then install the theme and import the demo content but again the newsletter is not imported. Also, I choose different demo design (Shop Demo 3), that didn’t import the slider and popup newsletter. What the hell is happening?

Please help me. Need solution, This this takes more that two weeks to solve this issues.

Really sorry for the inconviniance, but this is not true at all there is no such bug or issue in our theme, and I have just confirmed from the support department and they said that they did not get any of your email or support ticket asking for the help.

We are using WPML for translations and we have some issues with the portfolio entries.

The `More Information` content is translated but any links included are ignored. eg if we have something like:
 <h5>Product:</h5>
<a href="/products/prod1">Prod Name</a>

`Product` and `Prod Name` are shown and translated in WPML, but the link /products/prod1 is not shown and the new language page keeps having the main link.

Im really disappointed about paid support, i decide to buy again the theme to have the “premium” support to fix my problem and i get response 1 message per day, and even worse i ask three problems and i get answer on one , and didnt resolve anything. So the problem that i have 7 DAYS of SUPPORT and didnt resolve or get any true answer is two thinks:

2.Also as you can see in Home Item the down arrow is wrong must leave! I think you have bug with second menus hide/unhide items.

Really sorry for the inconvenience but this is not true at all, Yes you asked 3 questions in a single ticket, and our very first reply was to ask for the site URL which you did not provide while generating the support ticket so without checking the issue on the site, how can we solve it? so it’s not our mistake and then you provided the URL and we have checked and replied to you that you had activated cache on your site from your server and no changes appeared on your site, and that is related to all of your 3 points…

And then you claimed that removing the cache solved your slider issue but other issues persist…

Then we replied to you on the same day after detailed debugging that you had some WP core JS issues and you claimed it as well.

Finally, you asked for the Menu issues and we replied to you on that as well on the same day.

How do we add more scripts under custom javascript code section. We have other scripts to be added above the body tag along with the google analytics script

thanks for you reply. we are trying to add chat widget to the site and the third party extension has their own styleshteet ,div section and script to be added before the body tag. I don’t think we could add them using the custom Javscript section in the theme options. Is there any other we could add them on the site. I tried adding them in the footer section file as well but it is breaking the site.

While we currently do not have that feature, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Hey Porto, I have a client who had hired a web developer! That web developer tricked my client and said that he purchased the theme license. Due to unaware of the knowledge my client could not identify the purchase code! In other words that developer lied and used a nulled theme on that website! After so many updates my client has noticed that Theme is not being updated and asked me for the help! I have figured it out the theme was nulled and said that to client! Now He wants to purchase the theme and implement it on his website! Is there any way to use the purchased version of the theme and implement it their without SEO loss and other code loss? Thanks

Thanks for showing your interest in our theme and sorry to say that but we do not know from where your client dev got that nulled version and which code changes were in that nulled version, it might affect your site, so I suggest you to ask your client to take the complete backup and then purchase the theme and register on your site and check back if everything will be fine then no need to worry otherwise you will have the backup so that you can run or you can start with our theme from scratch as well.
