Have been waiting 3 days now for a response again. Getting a bit frustrated trying to get some simple questions answered. Your theme is nice and overall easy to use, but when we run into issues it would be nice if the support tickets were actually answered without having to make a post here.
Hello, today is Sunday. It’s not a business day. It will be answered on Monday.
While I understand weekends and completely fine with weekends off, I replied originally on Thursday, and it will shortly be 4 days of waiting in a few hours. Even if I account for a time difference and my reply to you came in after hours there was still all-day Friday to reply. So, I can expect a reply I hope on Monday to hopefully resolve these issues. Will look forward to those replies.
