Hi, I am working for my client and he has theme version 2.4. Google font must be removed but this theme is built with Google font in mind. Does newer version of theme support option to remove Google Fonts loading remortly? I need local Google Fonts but can not even disable api

Curly theme does not have a specific option to disable the google fonts within our theme however this can be disabled by editing the theme files. You will need to remove all the functions which call the Google fonts. Also have in mind that certain bundled plugins such as Slider Revolution might load google fonts independently so also check this.

Please check if you have updated the latest version of the theme and its plugins. If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.

This error usually occurs if you missed updating the Core plugin.

I am unable to make any updates to my website with elementor without an error. The theme and all plugins have been updated. I also disabled plugins to see if their is an issue and nothing. This is the error I am getting…”There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” Curly Core Plugin has issues.

This is what i get in my email from wordpress…..Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Curly Core.

Why am i getting this error when i try to update my homepage? There has been a critical error on this website. The other pages i am able to edit but if i select edit with elementor i get this message.

I think a just make a mistake… I not buy other theme because has less purchases that this, even when they reply me very kindly and say they have 30 days money back. I buy Curly and I regret it immediately! I has buy 50+ license for 15+ themes here and NEVER has this kind of issues installing a theme. My server has all the requirements but I can pass 64% of demo the installation. I have lost FIVE hours and there’s no way to finish the process.

I have to show a preview of the store that Im building tomorrow but theres no way I can do it now. I lost all this time for nothing. The worst experiences I ever have in 6 years using ThemeForest

When I update the theme/plugins from v 2.3 to the latest 2.6 it makes the homepage slider & nav bar disappear.

I’ve purchased the theme and inserted my license code. Firstly I imported the WP Bakery demo. I’ve been using this plugin for over 5 years now. I have never experienced a demo so difficult. I want to use ‘split slider’ as a one page theme for my customer.

After having no success at all with WP Bakery, I tried to use Elementor to see if that could be any better. I imported that demo and it just only showed the WP Bakery data. So no opportunity to edit it with Elementor at all.

How can this theme be so extreme difficult to use? Just like I said, I’ve been using WP Bakery for over 5 years and it’s impossible to even find an image to edit with your theme?

It is is VERY VERY difficult. I really checked your theme rating before purchasing and I really thought this was a good purchase?

Hi, thanks. I found out that I can change it at ‘Templates’ of Elementor. So you shouldn’t edit it at your main page, but at this section. So I can continue working with it. So if anyone else reading this, that is the solution for the one page part of this theme.
