I see you are using AMP alone, not with the mobile theme plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ It should work fine on its own as well. I tested a post from the website with the AMP validator, it looks like there is a script that causes problems https://i.imgur.com/T3T4zpP.png I can’t say what that is for, or what is loading it. It does say that in order to opt-out you should contact the hosting provider. Searching for this code I found this article https://community.godaddy.com/s/question/0D53t00006VmBtPCAV/how-to-remove-additional-monitoring-script-added-before-html maybe it is the same on your website as well. Since updating to the latest Newspaper theme, I’ve now found my original Single Post templates now display the old td block shortcode at the end of posts as text rather than pulling in the latest articles. As I’m no longer able to edit the original single post template (as far as I’m aware) I have added a Single Post cloud template but how do I bulk update all my old single post templates to the new single post cloud template? I can’t make them global because I have a separate news template that I don’t want changing. Do I have to go through the whole website and manually update all my single post template articles?

Please deactivate and delete the cloud library plugin, then install it again from the theme plugins panel https://prnt.sc/73anqEQ4ZRfN The issue you are describing happened after the latest update, when the post template contained the older dedicated related articles/more from author shortcodes. The issue was fixed at the time, reinstalling the cloud plugin should fix it. Please try it. How to put a live audio playback system on the Home Page of our Newspaper – The Rimont-Pro (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_the_rimont_pro/ ) based theme ???
For example, when you go to the RFI-France site for example (https://www.rfi.fr/fr/ ), you can see that there is an “audio” icon (framed at the top of this screenshot blue screen: https://imgur.com/a/lOtlpqj ). And when you click on it, you automatically start playing the audio from Radio “RFI”.
So, how do you do something like this to display “on our home page”, a “Play” icon (behind which we will add our voice Podcast in audio) and when you click on this “Play icon“, we automatically hear the audio playing without reloading the home page as can be seen on the second screenshot of the RFI-France site at the level of the part circled in green: https://imgur.com/a/hiHWBvD ???

You could try some radio plugins, free plugins if possible https://sitenerdy.com/best-wordpress-radio-broadcast-plugins/ If the respective plugin will have the option to display the radio player by shortcode, then it can simply be added and displayed in the website header, through a column text element from the composer. However, browsing the website and having the player continuing to play, is not quite possible, at least not easily https://stackoverflow.com/questions/34416142/continuously-playing-sticky-footer-music-player-for-wordpress-website-for-all-pa Maybe somehow it can be done, but I can’t say how unfortunately.

Hello, Please give me an idea how to make images in the media library available only to the author? So that only the author can see, delete, modify these media… any ideas perhaps?

If you mean this demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_sport/ this is a demo that does not use cloud templates. The demo was created before cloud templates existed in the theme. The PRO demo version for it is this one https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_sports_pro/ and this demo does use cloud templates. Now, it depends on what you want to do. You guys should add a day-night mode ASAP and if you guys could add a feature that auto reduces the images than its will be a blast!! elimination of 2 extra plugins and a fast and modern looking website. Hope to see these in the future!

Dear Author,
Great theme and I’m been using it and appreciated it so far for at least 1 year.
Anyway, recently my website getting slower especially I got 70,000+ posts and database hit 2GB+. Of course I can totally understand is based on hosting power, but is there any advice on how to optimize the theme so that it can load faster?
Cause I used query monitor and observed the theme’s elements such as:
- td-cloud-library - td-composer
are delayed a bit compared to last time.
Again, I totally understand is hosting power and capability for this, is just trying my luck to see whether you can give advice on optimizing the theme?
So far I tried to reduce the number of plugins by only enable these: - tagDiv Standard Pack - tagDiv Cloud Library - tagDiv Composer

The popup is an element in the composer, it is part of the demo homepage, and it is located here https://i.imgur.com/FrMhXzd.jpg If you want to remove it, please edit the homepage with the composer and delete it from there. That would be all there is to it, please try it.

Hi, after updating the them, i get a deformity on the pages. It shows code like the td_block_grid and doesnt show my regular layout. Any idea what causes this error? I did update and activate the required plugins like td-composer.

But based on your description of what is happening, I suggest to make sure the standard pack plugin is active on the website https://i.imgur.com/ej2jd62.png This plugin contains all the standard blocks and grids, and all the predefined templates. While it is considered an optional plugin, if you use such elements then the plugin must always be active. The menu does not show the same category of articles. Shows only when setting. Later articles in a different category appear in the same category.

So the respective grid, shows different posts in the composer than on the actual category page? That is very unusual. Normally in category templates the elements should be sorted using the special filter for category templates https://i.imgur.com/5XNjDjd.jpg This way one category template can be used for all the categories at the same time.

Hi, I have a row with video background, I disabled it on mobile version by setting to hidden on css->Display to hidden. It still preloads on mobile in the background even though it doesn’t show on the mobile version, it slows down the mobile version. How can I add a function to disable the video auto load on mobile?

Hiding an element for a viewport does not mean it will not be loaded anymore. It will load, but it will not be visible. We sent you this request yesterday and the screenshots of your order response are not showing up so we are repeating our request.
In fact, we try to activate the publication time on our publications (especially on those located on the top right part of the home page that we have circled in red) which is not displayed on the Rimont Theme of which the demo link is: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_the_rimont_pro/. You can see on the screenshot our configuration of which we have checked the box of the time display but this one after being checked and saved, is not displayed at all. Please help us as urgently as possible to correct this and allow the display of Date and Times (time) of publication.

What you want to do can be done by first modifying the existing block, or perhaps the entire section/layout. We can help with it, in this case I suggest sending us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and providing a link to the website and admin login. This way we will be able to propose solutions and try them directly so you can check them.
2. All the blocks and grids can display the date, they each have a setting https://i.imgur.com/WTV9djr.png If you also want the time, that depends on the format you set in WordPress https://i.imgur.com/GNsGWIC.png The theme will display the date according to the format set in WordPress.

Thank you for considering our theme. As with most themes, some plugins work and others may not, we can’t test them all unfortunately. The only way to check if the plugins you mention work with the theme, would be to purchase the theme, install it and the respective plugins, and test them. If the plugins don’t work properly and a solution cannot be found, we will provide a refund.
Our membership/subscription plugin is at the beginning, it was introduced relatively recently. Ok I understand but i just need little Clarification about my second question. In future Updates are we expected to see something like a Pay Writer System? Because i’ve authors on my current site and i would want them to know how much they’ve earned through the site not them messaging me.

At this time our membership plugin doesn’t take into account the authors of the posts. There are plans to add features that will take them into account, but I can’t say how this will function exactly or when it will be implemented. We are considering many ways to approach this case. So unfortunately I can’t say for sure what will happen, it remains to be seen.
