So I have purchased the theme and there are a few fixes that I need. 1- Hero Homepage Search form to have a shadow or a boundary. 2- The search results to show the content in the docs. It is only showing the names of the docs till level 3. The search is not searching the keywords in the article itself. (The result page works fine but the dropdown doesn’t) 3- How to increase the size of the text of the top menu bar. 4- How to make the currently selected article in the left navigation more prominent?

Hi, wanted to know abt the envato license verification feature: lets user logged in & create the forum, later after few weeks or days, his license get void due to refund.. then how the system works? will his login be blocked?

Can you try this as it is very important, else without license as well use will continue to read & take support. (we wanted to buy this but this is the only concern we have..)

If a buyer gets a refund, his licenses should get void due to the refund. Our support forum will block that user account.

I installed Docy and get a strange frontend with wedDocs. You get the titles as an URL kind of. Not the actual name. I find the same problem with importing the demo content.

Hi there, Hope your well?

We are raising this ticket as we are having issues with the theme. We have added a custom header and footer as the ones that come with the theme are not editable but your theme is causing conflict with the plugin we are using. Are you able to help us figure out where the bug is and fix it as we really like your theme but would hate not being able to use it cause of the bugs?

With the header, we should have Icons by the text but there not displaying due to the bug even though they show on the back end in elementor.

Please help us resolve this issue so we can provide WordPress access on request.

Which plugin are you using for the Custom Header and Footer?

Hello, this looks great! I only need a site that has a knowledgebase docs though and not a forum, is it possible for the search to just have ‘docs’ listed within the search instead of all ‘docs’ ‘forum’ and ‘blogs’ , thanks looks fab nice work

Hi there, I just put in a refund request b/c the theme uses Elementor and requires it. Is there a way to only use Gutenberg? If so, can you let me know how?

Ok, but as of right now it’s all elementor? I would like all of the documentation to be done in Gutenberg only, but the theme requires elementor. What can I do to remove Elementor?

If you remove the Elementor, the theme will works. But you will not be able to edit, build the homepages.

Did you notice our last theme update? We had added some Gutenberg blocks. Since all Elementor widgets haven’t converted to Gutenberg block, you should wait for the full Gutenberg version of the theme.

The search Page is working, but that component in the search bar is the part which not show the search results.

The plugin “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” came with the theme is not updating.

No worries, you don’t need a license. Simply delete the ACF pro plugin and install again using the installation notice that will show up at the top on the plugin page.

This automatically updates the plugin.

No, it’s not possible. You have to use our theme to get any feature of the theme.

The hotspot function doesn’t work on desktop but oddly it does on mobile. I have used separate browsers, computers, and ensured I had nothing else blocking it. Could I get direction on correcting this?

Your hotspots did not work for me either a couple of days ago. However, your new update has fixed both your website and mine. Thanks for looking into it and correcting that issue. I’m from Turkey, your template is very nice. I love it. but I have a problem with search Input. I can not write “ö” character inside it. Other Turkish characters is OK (like ğ, ş ü , i, ç). can you help me?

Make sure you have disabled/off the ‘Focus Search by /’ switch from Theme Settings > Header > Search Banner. If you use caching in your website, clear it. I would recommend you to check the website on browser’s incognito mode.

thank you so much. “Focus Search by /” solved the problem. New problem is search result. Some pages/posts/tags not listed in the search list. Why?

Docy doesn’t include tags in the search results. And when you search in the Docs, it search by the third depth of the docs.

I know you’re probably going to say please renew your support etc but this is not the setting up support I need. This is an issue caused by a bug in your theme as I’ve not made any changes the website for a while. The last time I checked it was perfectly fine.

I am not sure what bug you had on your theme that suddenly cause my website to not display as it should like the Docy theme in the header section.

Upon loading the page, the ‘home’ wording and the nav bar should not be there, it should be the search bar followed by the nav bar like the option in the docy theme. Can you please suggest what I should do to fix this? Should I deactivate and reactivate the theme and set everything up again? I am not going to renew support as this is just customer service and me asking the question of how I can fix the theme I bought that had a bug on and broke.

My purchase is verified since the beginning and still showing the issues mentioned above. It has been registered and verified since I first purchased it.

Can you please suggest whether this is worth me de-registering the theme and restarting the page or I am open to any other suggestions you may have. I understand that the theme auto updates but while with that, I am still getting the errors I stated.

You already know this is a issue which is associated with support. You haven’t bought a support from us. We don’t have any issues with updating the theme. I have updated the theme 2 days ago on my servers.

The theme was never a problem and was remained untouched – your suggested plugins of course automatically updated to keep up with the theme’s automatic updates.

Suddenly there are all these issues which is clearly some sort of bug that requires support that needs to be purchased when the question could simply be answered.

after play around, i found the scenario… when i edit a doc or some setting in theme setting… the index page will become blank. i need to goto theme, activate another theme and then activate docy again to get the index page back.

the site is now showing because i have do the steps above.

Hello, theme does not really works as is suppose to. I was fighting with that theme for past 2 days, a lot of unfinished parts. some of the settings sometimes seems not working, issues with default layouts, cannot control half of the stuff. I just bought this theme to create quick documentation / information for Ukraine refugees and save some time. but I end up using custom stuff not from your theme, which breaking in some scenarios.

On creating a change log and viewing it, the changlog only shows the header with the version number and below a light grey border box but no content. No change log.
