there is no option in this case but usually using this CSS does the job:

}
Place it in Theme Options > Advanced > Custom CSS.

Hi, I see that new theme updates have been released but I am not getting any warnings. I am still at version 4.5.3 and in the themes section the possibility to update the theme does not appear. How can I update the theme without causing damage to the site online?

the autoupdater has been introduces at a later stage. We recommend following this article: https://knowledgebase.unitedthemes.com/docs/how-to-update-the-theme/
However, before making any updates, we highly recommend to make an entire backup of the site. After the update, please purge all caches server side and on your end to make sure all updates files are loaded correctly.

hello please can you tell me how i can change the favicon? because from the customize doesnt work.

they also work from the customizer – but in addition you can check Theme Options > General > Apple Touch Icons. Keep in mind, those icons are deep cached and do not appear immediatly when changed. This requires a cache purge / hardrefresh. Optionally you should check it against with a different browser. If you use any SEO Plugins, check if there could be a setting ovewriting the theme.

HONEST REVIEW:
I currently have been having server issues with this theme for 2 years.it seems once the support ends the code breaks. However brooklyn theme is the best if not one of the best themes on envato…the code is premium for the most part and advance features most themes dont carry and a separate support hub…im still getting white screens and themes not pulling from their servers and loading properly before i even edit it as well.

in this case please check the showcase settings under UT Portfolio > Showcases There is an option to define the content which should display on hover and you can also change the color – give it a opacity of 0 to completly disable the coloring.

you can manage the preloader in Theme Options > Advanced > Manage Preloader.
About the other questions, this sounds like a content block – you can find it under Content Blocks in your Dashboard. If thats not what you are looking for please provide us a direct links.

the last section is definitly a content block but you can also open Theme Options > Advanced > Contact Section Content and disable the area by deactivating the checkboxes.

I’m working on a client website that uses the Brooklyn theme, with a child theme. The mobile menu isn’t working properly. What happens is this:
- At a mobile window width, load the website.
- The hamburger icon briefly appears.
- Without clicking at all, the mobile menu quickly opens and closes.
- The hamburger icon disappears.
- From then on the hamburger menu isn’t visible and the mobile menu isn’t accessible.
In the source code I can see that the mobile nav is hidden with inline CSS. I understand that JavaScript should overwrite that CSS at mobile window widths, but I don’t know where to look to find out why that isn’t happening.

This occurs in the latest versions of Chrome and Safari on a Mac, and on the current version of Safari in iOS. I haven’t checked other browsers yet.
I disabled all plugins, switched to the parent Brooklyn theme, and cleared the website and browser cache, and the problem still occurs.
Is this a known problem, and if so can you point me to the fix?
I’m assuming this client doesn’t have a current support license, so for now at least I’m asking here in hopes you can help.

Just a short followup in hopes it helps in troubleshooting. I took this short video of the problem. I reloaded the page so you can see it twice. Note that I blurred most of the website elements for the client’s privacy.

your customer has to update the theme to the latest version. The latest version can be obtained by re downloading the theme inside the download area here at themeforest: https://themeforest.net/downloads
Once everything is updated, the menu will work as intended.

there is no option for this since the breakpoint for the entire theme are the same and there breakpoints are also connected to the JavaScript.

when the video has an ative sound after the site is loaded it requires a user interaction to make the video play. This is by browser policies. Turning off the sound make the video play from the very beginning.

Hi! I have a question regarding the extra modules on mobile navigation.
For my header main navigation I chose the layout with an extra “button” module on the right, but that button is not displayed in the mobile menu.
Is there some way I can show that same module on mobile or at least a way to create a button for that?

there is no option to make it directly visible on the header because the space is very limited. Optionally you could add a button to the menu itself which can be seen when you unfold the menu.

When adding the button class to the markup, the result should be pretty much what you are looking for.

if you talk about the portfolio archives not they do not support this type of layout. What you see there is a special module available by shortcode and page builder based on the portfolio pages you have. The logo on entry is an animated text which can be exchnaged with your own text but not with a logo which then is animated.
