New wordpress update and new problems with the ark theme editor. As always a headache, I have tried to return to previous versions of wordpress but the theme has already been updated and the editor does not appear in any way.

wordpress just reported an error, it’s fresh-framework related. not sure it’s generic. worth your side to take a look:

I have 7 websites that use ark, and whenever I update some of them, a fatal error occurs, and I am unable to edit anything. and there are issues with the website. Is there a way out?

Hi there! I’m having trouble editing the pages. My Wordpress updated to 6.0 and the Ark theme was updated too. After that, Fresh Builder does not load and even Yoast is not loading. If I disable WP’s Classic Editor, Yoast appears but Fresh Builder does not. I did all the steps in the Support Document and nothing worked. Does anyone know what I can do to re-edit my site? I have a problem with the Custom Code plugin, that generates a “Fatal Error”, that might be responsible for additional problems in the installation and don’t come any further (without some major php-effort).

I want the frontend cache plugin to be disabled because i am using LiteSpeed cache and is uselless and problematic to use 3 caches on 1 site,you force the customer to use this frontend chache without reason,Can by Disabled or i need to ask for refund?BTW on the academy still you say about the cache as plugin and is outdated from what i see!!!

A website I made with Ark was working ok until yesterday when suddenly all images created with element “Image” dissapeared! Also when I try to create a new element “Image” or element “Button” the text fields are missing so I cant create anything at all with these elements.

The website wasnt changed in the last weeks and everything is up to date. This is an urgent matter, please help!

I am using the Polylang plugin and I have a portfolio problem. It works only with the main language of the page and not with translation to another. Example: www.mainpage.com/portfolio/ – works in the main language, www.mainpage.com/en/portfolio/ – a blank page is displayed.

Maybe you know some solution to be able to translate slug – portfolio?

I’m hugely disappointed with this theme. I just purchased it on the basis that the page builder is the most intuitive ever – and it’s not. Then when I try to get some help from the knowledgebase I am told that I can’t get access because I’m not a premium member. That will cost me an extra $7 per month. That’s not good enough. How to I get a refund?
