Hello. How are you? I have a license that has been used for a decommissioned site and I would like to use it on another URL.
The issue is that it is listed as registered on the old site and I have no way to “unregister” it as it has been completely removed so I have no way of managing this to license the new site.

The theme blocks access to the entire wp-admin area due to some made-up licencing problem.
We purchased a licence to the theme years ago and suddenly, it shows as a licencing problem and blocks the whole wp-admin (because it unable to enter key before, not our false).
It’s can fix by just adding a license, but this is too aggressive and disgusting.
Luckily, I already rate 5 stars for all licence I had in this account and other accounts. Really sad to miss the downvote for your crime.

Pre purchase question – I have a site with hundreds (thousands past) events using the events plugin from https://wp-events-plugin.com/
This plugin outputs events via short code. I was wondering if your theme has been tested with this plugin or if can be tested for compatibility before we buy?

Author of the theme prevents access to my website at login screen, claiming it doesn’t have a license, which I bought and activated years ago. I have not yet seen this illegal behaviour.. This is completely unacceptable and as I said, illegal. I have already contacted envato support to fix this ASAP!

The theme doesn’t block access to the website for anyone if you don’t violate the license policy from Envato Market. With one regular license, you just can use it for one domain at one moment. I see your license is already activated for the website: https://njuskica.eu/ – so, of course you can’t use it to activate another domain. If you want to use the theme on another domain, please buy another license. If you’re using the right license, please contact us via our contact form and we will help you to solve it.

Your theme should not under any circumstance block access to the admin area of my website, regardless of the validity of the license. You have the right to prevent me from using your theme, but you have no right whatsoever on other parts of my website. Your logic is that if I don’t pay for electricity in my house, the electrical company can restrict me completely from accessing my house. You don’t see a problem with that? Anyway, we’ll see what envato has to say about this, and if they don’t fix this, maybe we’ll see some kind of class-action lawsuit, because this is illegal. Btw, the license was active on this site for 2 years before this.

I did nothing of the sort. You’re accusing me of piracy without proof. My website had an activated theme for years, and it was the only one. Then all of a sudden you completely block access to my website, which you have no right to, regardless of the license status. What I’m not seeing from you here is an apology, since I’m telling you what you did wrong from the start. So now you’re doing two things wrong: wrongfully accusing me, and blocking access to my admin area which is unacceptable.

Can I use a temp site imports DEMO, and after it is finished change to the real site? do I need to ask support to change the license? my site can’t down even one second.

Yes, of course you can do that. You can activate the theme on a temp site and set up everything as you want. When you have done it, revoke the license for your temp site via Dashboard > Soledad > Theme License and move it to the main site and activate it. The theme doesn’t make your site down for any second.

About 1/ and 2/ – at this moment, the theme doesn’t support those features, but you can do that by using a plugin.
3/ The theme already supports multilingual, so you can have recipes multilingual.
With all the features of the theme, you don’t need to pay any extra cost. But, if you want to use 3rd party premium plugins for extra features, maybe you need to pay for those plugins.

The update to the speed optimisations plugin broke my site. Now I only have the option between my main hero carousel not loading until the user interacts with the screen or nothing loading until the user interacts. Both look awful. Only fix is it to disable it. Please help
