I created a form and I want people to upload their resume in a PDF. I add the Media Upload field, but it doesn’t show up when I save the page. I have tried adding to another location on the form, but still the same. What can be the problem? This urgent and needed for me to go live with this website.
EDIT: Image is resolved. I needed to use File Upload and NOT Media upload
I noticed email addressed get blurred for logged out users. How can I get rid of this?
I resolved this!
When I try to upload an image for a user it keeps processing but never finishes. It is not even a big image and perfect within the requirements.

After updating the theme, the Ultimate Members elements no longer appear on the pages of my site (the form shortcodes). Then, the shortlisted members plugin no longer works (sending emails to my friends). How to access support? Many thanks.

We have recently purchased this Theme, and have opted not to use the ultimate member plugin, but there seems to be an issue if we try to deactivate it. Also, the site administrator should have full admin capabilities but we cannot update the Theme or the WordPress version from the usual admin backend, which is very frustrating. it just says contact administrator. Your support page seems to only have articles, and none relevant to this. Please let us know how to submit a support ticket to resolve these issues. Thanks

Sorry for the late reply, we mainly designed the theme for Ultimate Member Plugin with out the plugin there wont be any useful functionality, let me try to deactivate the theme from our end, please provide us wp admin access. THanksRam

there is an issue with UM & Contact form 7 causing a critical issue on the site if we try to deactivate UM. We don’t really need the UM functionality but use Contact Form 7. We needed to check the Gilda UM functionality to see if it would work for us, but UM isn’t required. We have however worked around it to create the site we want on Gilda, except now for the issue that the admin role doesn’t have capability to update theme, delete any plugins or update WordPress on the WP Admin dashboard. This is the main issue.
Administrator should have all capabilities, and we edited that in UM, but it’s not working. Even if we don’t use UM, it doesn’t have to be deleted but the functionality on the site needs to allow full admin role and UM mustn’t limit it.
we can’t even add plugins to the site currently.

Please provide email address, as we’ve not received any email from you. We are still having compatibility issues with plugins. Theme stylesheet is also said to be missing. Basic updates of media files and posts is not loading or updating, and it’s not a server issue.

Sorry, there is no option like, earlier we had all theme like Post based talent profile after facing several issues with that, we changed all themes to user based talent profile.
So what can we do? Sorry, I can’t use the theme.

When I change the page of the member list on the page where the members are listed, the view shifts to the bottom of the page and the list remains above.
