When i install alle the plugins on my website, it comes and say “the page are make to many redirect” and then i can’t not use the webpage, only if i use my FTP to remove the plugins. I can see that it only happent when i install the “Paid member ship pro plugin” How do i fix that?
And how do i cange the gender “Man / Woman” in the Seeko Seach ???

Hi. How can I change the layout on the page? I want to have three columns. I only found default, right or left in the BuddyPress Settings option. But there is no option to have three columns. Is it possible to change it to three columns or is everything limited to the way I found it? Thank you.
Hi, The seeko theme doesn’t have the layout available on three columns only two, sidebar+main content It’s not a easy approach to make it with three since there should be rewritten big part of the css and changing logic in the php code for tree columns view. Cheers Radu

The custom fields and search form it’s configurable as you need, the desired custom profile fields can be added into the search form at your choose. 3. I like this template very much but there’s a fundamental conflict between two components that need to be resolved for all the users. Since this is not an individual support request, I post it here, so hopefully it gets fix in the next update.
There’s a main feature in this theme called Seeko Search that provides the search and filtering needed to find the right match for a given user. The theme is built for membership-based business, PMPro plugin provides the settings that allow you to set different level of access to your paid members.
Of course, you don’t want that non-member users simply browse and find information about your members. But you can’t simply set this, as the menu of the theme is built using Stax Menu Builder. Stax doesn’t follow the PMPro protocols and doesn’t limit the access of free users to the search and filter features. In other words, although the non-members cannot access certain pages or areas of the website, they can still see a short list of the members if they click on Seeko Search icon on the top right coroner of the menu.
I tried to inform the designers about this issue, but the support page didn’t accept my message and asked me to renew the support period first. I hope you the issue gets resolved in the next update or they add some notes on how to adjust the settings to their supportive documents.

Hi, Using Buddypress Restrict plugin that our theme suggest to install, you can restrict the members directory, after the user fills his criteria to search and click search or clicks on a certain profile he will be redirected on the levels page, in this way purchasing a level it’s encouraging. If your project requires other type of behaviour that might be changed using the services of a wordpress/buddypress developer.

“BuddyPress & PMPRO restrict” Adds restrictions settings to Buddypress areas for PMPro. It does not limit the access of free visitors to the Seeko Search.
Seeko Search downward triangular button that is on the left corner of the menu is set in the Stax Builder. If we delete it, it gets deleted from all the menus regardless of the membership level. If you leave it, it gives access to any visitor or user that who clicks on it, regardless of the membership level.
Furthermore, Stax Builder has not option to set membership access level to search button.
The user can scroll down the list of the members as soon as they open the search slider. They may not see the details, but they can see the names listed. Our site is not using Seeko for people, we present the name of the businesses. Seeing the name of a business is 50% of what the user need. They can find out about the details in Google search. There will be no need for them for paying for membership.
This is a fundamental conflict that must be resolved in the next update. I know that you’re trying to help and also expressing that Seeko has no issues. But nothing is perfect and there’s always room for improvement. I never wanted to mention anything negative about the Seeko them, but you could also prevent it by simply adding a comment section next to the help ticket submission. This way I could only send this message to you.

Hi, I am having issues with this theme for the past 5 days and support hasn’t been able to help me in regards to this issue.
I am unable to make any changes/edits with Elementor. When I click it, nothing loads. Also, the top menu bar where it says edit, edit with elementor etc was not there when the theme was first uploaded and support helped me to display that. But now it has disappeared again on its own.
Could someone please help me in resolving this. I have been unable to do anything for almost a week now
Hi, Those issues can be solved with theme and plugins update. 1. Please update the theme to the latest version, you can delete the current theme and re-download it from themeforest and upload it. 2. After that go to wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins and update the theme plugins then elementor plugin. With what username did you had written on our support ? since all tickets had been processed offering resolution for any issue. Please follow above procedures, it should solve the issue. 1) Is it possible in Seeko to search topics like in Mentor? For example, search for a woman, 20 to 30 years, in London, and “Food” or “Sport” (interests). In Mentor demo, you can do this with “Art Director” or “Developer”.
2) Can members add “Food” or “Sports” the same as commented in question 1? The same as in the Mentoring demo. So you can see their interests in their profile?
3) Filtering members by City? I see country in the demo. But country is too broad.
4) Can the theme handle big amounts of users and activity? Using the fastest server provider, can it handle a big activity? Before purchasing I wouldn’t want to find that it is not optimized for large users later when the business is with a lots of members.
Hi, 1. yes 2. The searchable fields are custom and they are basically the buddypress profile fields that you add them under wp-admin -> users -> profile fields, then from wp-admin -> settings -> seeko search then can be added to the search form.
3. Yes, users should complete their city name in the input text on their profile field and users will be able to search for that city string in the seeko search.

Hi, Make sure to have everything updated : Wordpress, the theme, and the plugins, especially elementor, after theme update.
If you cannot access wp-admin dashboard, via FTP go to wp-content/ and delete the elementor plugin, do all the updates and lastly install elementor.

Agreed, the last update of elementor sat unaddressed with a fatal error for almost a week, and both friending and reply functions have not been working correctly either. I regret building my business on a house of cards.
Using the parent theme update broke all of my buttons, even after the elementor update, it also changed the appearance of my buddypress profile pages, and I’ve had to reset back to a previous backup version as well. Without the update, I can’t update the Elementor plugin without a critical error. So I get to choose between essential elements like working buttons and profile pages, or an outdated theme which the potential for future security vulnerabilities. Not thrilled.
Hi, We had released a theme update and also the elementor haves a new plugin update, Please do the next : deactivate the elementor plugin and delete it, then update the theme to latest version, install elementor (it will pull the latest version) and activate it. IT should be ok with all updated. If the issue persists, offer wp-admin credentials to can have a closer look.
