I have purchased your theme and activated it successfully using the purchase code. However, when I try to access your support portal using the same purchase code, it shows an “Unauthenticated” error.
Additionally, I am facing multiple UI issues with the installed demo:
The navigation bar layout is broken and appears messy
The logo is not visible on the header
I’m unable to change or manage the logo through Custom Header or Theme Options
Please help resolve the authentication issue so I can access support, and guide me on fixing these UI and header-related problems at the earliest.

j’ai achete ce theme. J’ai un gros bug sur le menu. J’ai installé polylang comme votre site l’indique être compatible. Tout fonctionne bien. Sauf que lorsque je veux modifier le menu en supprimant des pages, j’ai un bug qui apparait sur le menu et qui fait apparaitre l’intégralité des pages . Toutes les pages qu’elle soit en francais ou en allemand et même les pages démo non utilisées. C’est très urgent je dois livré le client.

Merci mais le ticket est déja ouvert depuis ce matin. C’est assez urgent car je dois livrer mon client. C’est le plugging polylang qui fait bugger l’intégralité du menu alors que vous indiqué qu’il est compatible dans votre documentation

When importing a demo, are all the pages included in the import (demo 2 , demo 8 etc..)? I’ve noticed some persistent issues with Elementor. Can you provide more information on this? Is the slider used in the demo Slider Revolution, and is it included with the theme purchase including the demo used ? Finally, is the theme fully mobile responsive? I’ve noticed some responsiveness issues in certain areas

Problem 1: I used one click import for Demo pages. But “About US ” , “Services 1-2-3” page didn’t imported any way.

You are writing me an inadequate answer. However, there is no reply back button in the support section. Themo demos are not imported. You have a lot of customer reviews who are having the same issue as me.
