How can one make a template for a CPT? Sadly, the theme with Elementor is very limited in using ACF so I need to create a custom template but the default WP way doesnt work. I opened a support ticket but I think I might get an answer here faster.
And one more very frustrating thing that might just cost me hours of work. I’m using a child theme and switching to the original theme for a sec and then back removed all my theme settings from DB. Everything is gone and sadly I did not make a backup before I stupidly did this today. Very dissapointed at this stage and would love some fast answers.

During setup (Getting Started) the following plugins are not installed: Builderpress, KidSchool Demo Data, Slider Revolution. Apparently, that’s why I can’t use demo3. Why is this happening?

I had to use an old ticket that was still open so that i could place a request for help to fix this, they said they fixed the problem and closed up that ticket; however, the PROBLEM is still happening. Im getting very frustrated that i cannot create tickets in the forum because it always sign me out. Every time i click on the forum to create a ticket it sign me out so that i cannot create a ticket. Please help fix this so i can create tickets. I have no choice to ask you on here to help me fix this because there is no way i could access the forum without getting logged off every time i try and create a ticket. You can tell that im getting very frustrated with this. I bought this theme twice from you guys. I have two purchase codes and i feel that i should not be treated this way. im trying to be nice as possible before i have to file a complaint with envato. We are not sure why your account log out when creating a ticket, Most customer can create ticket normally. Please try to clear your cookies. In Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, go to: 1. Menu. The three dots in the upper right corner. In Chrome they are vertical, in Edge they are horizontal.
2. Go to More Tools >> Developer Tools
3. On the top you see Elements, Console, Sources … go to Application
4. Under Storage find Cookies.
5. Click dropdown. All the sites that have cookies on your computer will be listed.
6. Right-click your WordPress website and choose Clear. Or you may choose to Clear all of them.
7. Close and restart your browser, then visit your ticket again
Note: You can use the incognito browser to create a ticket

sorry, its late at night here and i was very frustrated because this ticket thing kept on happening. It was the cookies that need to be cleared and that is why it was preventing me from creating tickets. thank you for helping me.
