I’m quitting this theme after 5 years of hear pulling, which is the most exciting I could get from your theme. Why ist der mobile flyover menu so crappy? Fonts are tiny and It conflicts with other javascript on the page, namely layerslider, so I cannot have layerslider running behind the menu open, because the website gets stuck. Other themes seem to handle this so well but native seems to still use last century technology, ....maybe that’s why you call it “Native”???.

So basically I’m quitting because your mobile version is the great caca that overflowed my pacience bucket already full of native caca.

My custom CSS is so full of fixes for so many items besides your mobile thingy that I even had to install a plugin just to edit your theme options UI, so your “super practical horizontal navigation buttons” don’t take 50% or more of my 14 inches laptop screen (¿do you really think all web designers use huge screens? ¿didnt you ever expect a digital nomad using your theme?) ....many of your fonts not loading a different custom font from Montserrat, ven though declared on theme options, and them if I delete Motserrat, not even Arial is loaded on windws, because… you declared it wrongly in inner CSS…. So about 100lines from my custom CSS are only to change “your” redux options FROM THIS: font-family: “Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif”; TO THIS: font-family: “Arial”, “Helvetica”, sans-serif !important; ....being Montserrat by the way like a cystic cancer you cant get rid off even sinking the theme in chemotherapy… but I’m not going to keep on ranting more ...Enough! (door slamming)

hi what is the difference between us native and Ronneby ?

I use Native Theme with Woocommerce. I added a product list to a page. The products are displayed but in the wrong order. Meaning the product order (Woocommerce) is ignored by the theme.

How can I configure it correctly?

Hello dear DFdevolepement team, we have a problem with the license for the native theme, we used it on a customer project. www.qw-projekte.de and this changes its domain to https://kyve-projekte.de/ which is why the Linzence code is no longer valid. I have the option of reassigning it via an account with you. we have 2 licenses and actually the theme is only used on two sites.

Hi, please can you tell me why youtube videos on blog post are displaying full width disrespecting the right sidebar, which makes sidebar appear on top of the right part of the video? and why the video pop-up NEVER displays correctly, but instead displaced to the bottom for about 700px, which forces the visitor to move it upwards?

Hi, I’m having an excruciating time trying to change all typography to Arial and Arial Black for both desktop and mobile versions for better performance. Even though i changed all parameters in theme options in the tens of places it must be changed (why that many???) my website is still showing open sans in many places, like buttons, and other dfd elements, which come from redux files, as I found out with dev tools. Please, how can I change fonts in an efficient manner?

To everyone having importing problem: I solved importing problem and the Native Importer works after I set WP_Debug mode to enable in wp-config.php and then it works.

The demo importer doesn’t work (ajax-admin problem 400 bad request). I tried to import the demo via the WP importer. I uploaded and imported three content.xml: Home, Pages, and Layout ONE. + Imported the Layout One’s theme_options through the Nativ settings page. The result is a mess. I can’t find layout one’s home page (or any other homepage layout). The main menu is not imported, etc…

PLease let me know what should I do. It would be good to fix the Demo Importer, but no idea how to do it.

Hello I have several installations of the native template and I am missing one thing. When I add an image from a post it doesn’t allow me to add the ALT attribute. It’s a mistake? can it be corrected

WPBakery broke on a site I manage. It was developed by someone else, so I purchased the theme so I could update it. WPbakery is still not working after the update. I’ve updated all the plugins, disabled them, re-saved the roles. Have you pushed out the latest version of WPBakery and the associated credentials in the latest update? (1.5.8). I’m starting to get a bit frustrated.

Ребята, после обновления на 1.5.8 получил белый экран. Вордпресс 5.9, php 7.4. Проблема именно в теме, потому что отключение плагинов не помогает, а с любой другой темой сайт работает. В саппорт не могу написать – нет сейчас возможности продлить доступ.

Hi, downloaded the theme onto my website and when I click to install a demo it comes up with ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’ and doesn’t load any further. What do I need to do to stop this so I can install a demo?
