Even though I installed the theme, activated it, installed and activated all the plugins, I cannot import the demo. When I choose a demo from the import section and upload it, I get the information that the process is completed, but the content does not load. How can I solve this problem?

I have downloaded the files and gone through the instructions to install the theme. But the “onum.zip” file is not on my computer like it should be. I have a file titled “themeforest-bHKDmEHI-onum-seo-marketing-elementor-wordpress-theme”. I have watched YouTube videos and read your articles where they all say to upload the “onum.zip” which is simply not on my computer. I have even searched for it in the search box in my files. Nothing.

I’ve tried twice to install this theme I but get an error message in the WP admin panel stating that “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”

Hello team, I want to replica of my main domain to test domain but if I setup on testing domain then theme is deregistered . So I want to enable theme on testing domain as well because on live because we have to update the theme and there is a lot of custom code too. Plz reply ASAP. what can we do? or What can you do? But current scenerio is theme can be enabled only on one domain.

i have some Problems with the Onum Theme. I miss some Options in the Customizer, i cant change Main Colour, Main Colour for Buttons and deactivate Pageloader. Where are these options?

I allready reinstall the Theme and Demo content twice. But it not help. And i test it with child theme and normal theme. But it not works.

Maybe your Documentation is old.

Hello I’ve been using Onum Template, for quite a while now. I really like the template everything looks clean and modern, but I’m encountering few bugs with the template, Since I write in my language from right to left some of the text in my language is from left to right and i’m unable to change it.

for example the main issue for me is in the menu header, in the dropdown menu the texts are from left to right how can I change it to right to left?
