What happened to my Additional CSS? I’ve been using the Child Theme and had years of customization codes in my Additional CSS section of the theme and now they’re all gone. How can this be? My site is still reflecting all of the additional css codes I’ve implemented over the years. I can not update the theme without assurance my additional css codes are somewhere. THIS IS URGENT!!

Custom CSS added in Quick CSS field remains intact during updates. They would be deleted if you reset theme options, reset your database or remove dynamic CSS file inside /wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/ folder. If your site is still reflecting your CSS code, please check CSS file inside dynamic_avia folder.

If you have not updated the theme in a while, it is always recommend to have a backup first to be on the safe side but in general, it is safe to update the theme

How to update to the latest version? We run Envold 4.5.7 but the latest version is 4.9.2 according to this page. In Enfold > Theme Update it says “No Updates available. You are running the latest version!”

I have an active token, it says “We checked the token on 2022/04/19 19:33 and we were able to connect to Envato and could access the following information:” etc. We do not receive automatic updates, it says “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.5.7)”

I have to do now in the customer order for the first time with the theme “Enfold”. My customer has sent me a token, which I have entered in Enfold Child -> “Theme Update” and then validate to upgrade from 4.7.3 to 4.8.
A dialog box appears (see screenshot https://we.tl/t-n80mxpdZgo) that says that everything fits. However, below it appears the black window with some hints that tell me nothing at first.
Also I don’t see the blue button at the bottom for the theme update. What is the problem?

I see that you are using a child theme. Could you please temporarily switch to Enfold parent theme and check if that helps? If it does, please update the files you have modified on your child theme
