Please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the theme from there and then again activate the theme with same purchase code and then then try to import again.

Actually, there is only one option in the theme for this simply edit the category you want and then set the icon class as you can see in the image: i.is.cc/cpdFnnr.png once you set the icon to save settings and then edit a page you want and add the Porto product categories widget and then from the settings of this widget set the media type to the icon as you can see in the image: i.is.cc/cpk0jSB.png by doing this the category will appear on the page with icon. But it is not for the product archive page because you cannot edit the archive page. Hi, After upgrade to the last version there is a very weird behavior at custom taxonomies,meaning to some of them there are sidebars and to others “content top” from one of the blocks … actually, I don’t remember, but I think that you had the option to set indivintually for posts, taxonomies etc settings for sidebar, content top, content inner top etc?

Could you please count how many times we asked from you supporting?1-2 (once for a bug after you changed the block management)? And this time you changed something fundamental that we used for several versions and you didn’t not clean the previous data! meaning, that wout any entry in page layouts, in some taxonimies there are blocks in content top from previous!! that is a bug … where are you storing these data in order to clean them?

I also duplicated block, in order each taxonomy to have diff bloks, but still if the archive filter meet the conditons of page layouts, we have multiple blocks … I can’t see how this is helping and do not break everything!

Hi Porto Team, I read you mentioned 8 days ago you are working on a new update, will that also include the WPBakery Page Builder v6.9.0 update as well as this has been out since 07.04.2022 around 14 days ago. I have quite a few websites running Porto theme so it gets a bit unnerving to see so many sites with unupdated plugins. Luckily it wasn’t a security release. Do you have a date that the updated version will be released?

Hi Porto,

By default my web shop page is this: https://www.candleart.es/tienda/. There are only the 5 main cathegories.

It is possible to add all the categories and subgategories I have like in my home page: https://www.candleart.es/. As you can see 12 categories / subgategories in total.

Maybe entering in the shop page the following: [product_categories ids=”19,38,20,18,24,17,21,27,26,25,16,37”] additionally to the 5th main categories existing by default. Or there is any other option?

I see, I think you are using the demo in which we have made the page title bar using block, so in that case, you have to go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks and finds the particular block and delete it so it will not appear on your site.

This code was already used in another site. One standard license is valid for only 1 website. Running multiple websites with a single license is a license violation according to Envato license terms. If this is a valid case, please reset your purchase codes through here or contact us with your site url.
