An extra plugin won’t harm your website, so you can use Insert Header and Footer plugin to add the code of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to your website. Integrating an extra service like Google Tag Manager or Analytics will definitely impact the performance.
However, there is another way to add the code to the theme’s header, but it will need minor code addition to the functions.php file.

Hey i purchased this theme long time agao used it few days back. In documentation there is no mention how the existing agent properties can be shown in their dashboard, with enabling synchronization only the user is created. Now you will ask me to send request to support but are these not basic things. I have to start entering data only from user dashboard. Add properties mention in the document from wordpress dashboard, so why not in the beginning you ask to enter through agent profile dashboard. I believe this not required support ticket it should be mention in your documentation properly.

If you will assign properties to existing agents then they can also manage them from the User Dashboard at the frontend.
The feature User/Agent Synchronization will allow any new user to get registered as an agent or agency.

The existing properties under agents name were not showing at all in their personal dashboard of agents. I could not find any details in the documentation.
First i used the same email address of the agent to create a new user in wordpress, it did not fetch up anything. After that My synchronization in your theme was ON but I also switched ON in wordpress anyone can register as contributor after that I can see after updating agent new user of wordpress being created. Its ok until here but their existing properties are not coming at all.
I am simply trying to see my agent can see, add or edit their properties themselves and there are no details in documentation. Properties are added through main login of wordpress and now I want agent themselves to take care of.

The User/Agent Synchronization will only work if someone gets registered using the Registration Form of the theme. If you add a user from the WordPress dashboard, the synchronization won’t work.

Hello we are interested in buying this plugin
we would like to know if there would be Systems Compatibilities issues. Hello we came across this template and we love it.
From the demo we were able see some search parameters we wanted to have on the website before we buy. Actually we have requirements we are expecting your theme to meet but we can’t know for sure until we get our hands dirty if you can let us know before buying, so far We have 2 major concerns surrounding this template.
our old website we are using the Plugin
https://wordpress.org/plugins/essential-real-estate/1. we don’t know the plugin in use here, if it is the same with our old plugin. if its not compatible with our old plugin- we were wondering if we can export all of our “over 40,000” property listing over from “essential real estate” over to your plugin realeastate system without doing it one after another. Also, we would like to know if there is an easy way to do this and if you assist us. we need suggestions on ways to make this happen. is there a way we could rewrite the xml of our old file to fit your plugins import settings.
2. Because we are in Nigeria, we wanted to know if the map functionality address system is compatible with nigerian addresses.
in conlusion, we would be glad to know if you offer custom code and can we get some litttle functional based code that could suit our ui requirements especially for the search option parameters.

1. You don’t need the Essential Real Estate plugin, as RealHomes comes with an Easy Real Estate plugin.
2. You can export the existing property data using WP All Export plugin and then import it using WP All Import plugin.
3. RealHomes has the Google Maps API system that works with all address types, so yes, you can use it for Nigerian address.

You can’t use both Vacations Rental and other features active on your website. Vacations Rental has an entirely different business logic than the other features, so it disables some additional features if activated.
If you want to use both features at once, we recommend creating another website on a sub-domain as we allow it and installing vacation rental there.
For example, you can have your main website with all types of properties at https://yourdomain.com and vacation rental at https://booking.yourdomain.com.

Hey theme is great, plenty of functionality and also really neat design. At the moment we are trying to make our website updated as you have the Vacation Rentals demo. What we are trying to accomplish is to be able to charge customers via stripe when they make a booking through the booking form in the website. Is this possible? Based on the price set for that rental property. Let’s say someone is booking for 2 days the price for the property per night is 100 so we have a stripe button at the bottom pay directly and charge them 200? Thanks in advance.

Please follow this video tutorial to resolve this problem. WordPress fetches the description when you add a taxonomy to the menu and you must remove it manually.
