I am sincere, your theme does not allow for any edits either in the beginning or after a few days of editing. Your help has been this: let us log in, but wait a second, the theme does not allow a log in as well. I have had to reset my hosting, and even sent the hosting details and you did not anything, no even respond to the ticket.
We have re-checked all your tickets and there is NO unanswered ticket or thread. So you might need to check your email or just login to Ticksy and then check.
Hello, I purchased extended support but it’s still not allowing me to submit a ticket. My website has a critical error and I believe it is because the theme is not updating. It would say that the update is complete and then I would still get an email notification that the theme did not update. I am also no longer able to remove the banner from some pages. Pages where the banners were removed, it is back in place. I see a black line going down the side of my homepage hero section. Some hero images are not there anymore. So in its place is just a blank white space. Also, some images are no longer loading that was once there and instead it just shows moving gray text.

In the “Digital Agency” demo I can’t remove the “Action Button”(Action Button Settings > Button Display, select “hide” option.) it doesn’t work. I can’t remove the animations (Website Animation This will totally turn off all animations of this website.)

as i try to update the theme from version 3.3.6 to latest update the website doesn’t load . we have disable the plugin of Redux Framework
and when the website live its all broken, the elements are not same as they use to be
and the saasland core plugin is also not updated with the theme
please check the issues is same from last 2-3 updates we are fed up form the theme
The current version is 3.4.8, and 3.3.6 is a way old version. Please update the theme to latest version.
Elementor has released some big updates and we had to make changes accordingly. So some elements will not be same which is normal. Elementor has removed lots of deprecated things and so had to we.

i have tried to update to latest version but the website do not work even we have disable the redux frame work. and if Elementor is updated with new element then try to make the theme compatible with it

why do i have to buy support again just to activate the license i already bought ? it’s a completely fresh installed wordpress installation and i want to use the asset i bought. please give me a solution without having to buy support.
Normally the license works straight out of the box. Now, when it does not work for any customer, we will have to investigate further why does not it work and eventually we make it work (at almost all the cases).
Now you got 6 months support included with your purchase. You did not activate it within that period, that is why you need to renew support now to get support.
On second thought, did you already activate the license on a website? If you have, it will not work on a second website according to Envato’s licensing policy. To use it on more than one project/product, you need to purchase as many licenses as you need.
i am not sure if i used it before. Please provide me a solution to check and deactivate for the license for any test website i might have done in the past.

Thanks for following up. This does not appear to be a problem that is unique to us so why do we need to purchase a support plan for a common issue that your other clients are experiencing as well and is evident on this forum. something is wrong with your latest release. It is common business practice to release stable working versions and fix them if there are bugs. This is not ok!
We are continuously releasing updates and before releasing updates we are testing them rigourously. We have 7.4k+ customers, how many do you see are reporting problems here? A very few only. So our releases are stable, then the very few customers who are facing the issues, have most likely unique cases. Either server related issue or any other plugin conflict – we are telling this from experience. So on those cases we will have to investigate further, most likely by accessing their server.
For that, we require those customers to have valid support period. Our customers are regularly renewing support for Saasland theme, so it is pretty common and logical.
